Coralina 12 - Ocean View w/ Private Pool Near Nags Head Pier - 150 Yds. to Beach

Enjoy beach life at this beautifully appointed home with top floor views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can walk to Nags Head Pier, Surfin' Spoon, Lucky 12 and Snowbird Burgers. Located close to Jockeys Ridge, Kitty Hawk Kites, Dowdy Park, putt putt, grocery stores, shopping and dining. Check-in for 7 day rental is Saturday.

Spacious living/den areas on each floor. Guests can watch TV, play games, read books, or relax and soak up the sun from one of the three outdoor decks or at pool-side.

A pool table provides additional opportunities for friends and family to enjoy their time together. High speed internet provided for those who just can't disconnect during their vacation. The spacious and private outdoor shower allows for quick and easy cleanup after a visit to the beach. Both private and public beach access are just steps away.

This comfortable home has 14 sleeping spaces for guests. There are two king suites, one on the top floor and another on the 2nd floor, each with a bathroom. Also on the 2nd floor there is a queen bedroom with attached bath that is shared with the bunkbed room across the hall. The bunkbed room has 4 sleeping spaces, 2 twins and 1 double. The ground level has a queen bedroom with connecting bathroom. There is also a sofa that opens to sleep 2 more guests.

Please be advised: Video-only security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home for your protection and ours. Audio features are disabled. No recording devices of any kind are installed inside the home. Video recordings are automatically deleted after several days. Live and recorded video can only be accessed by the owners. Cameras are placed to surveille each entry door into the home as well as the driveway and ocean views.

Great place to stay with beach access just across the street.

Every thing was as advertised; clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the large kitchen and pool. Karen was responsive and helpful with all our question.

Great vacation

This is a beautiful home we loved it. It is three levels each level have a living room so if you have multiple family staying there and you get your own space and care the owner was very easy to deal with about anything you needed.

Great for a weekend getaway

Wonderful time, would highly recommend this place! House felt clean and spacious even despite our group of 10+ adults, beach access is just as convenient as advertised, kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and utensils. Owners were very helpful and communicative throughout the trip.

Incredible Host

Karen is an exceptional host! I can’t say enough about her responsiveness and commitment to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Her home is perfect for families. The multi level layout and game room on the lower level was perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home for a Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this rental. The house is great!! Kitchen is fully stocked. Pool is great for adults and kids! Location to the beach is perfect! The owner answers every text or phone call and is very accommodating. We will be staying again!

Amazing Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a wide range of 4-74 years and everyone had a blast. The home was spacious and very comfortable. I appreciate the owners personal response and she was so kind to contact and deal with. We will definitely be back!

Location Location Location

The Location is awesome, just a few steps to the beach, restaurant, ice cream shop, and the pier. Shopping was super close also. I especially liked the gate/fence around the pool; so safe, and the color of the house which made it easy to spot. The house is beautifully decorated. The homeowner was responsive and very easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would book the same house again.

Comfortable and convenient!

We loved our stay! The house was very comfortable and perfect for multiple families because of the layout. It was also right across the street from the beach (although the road was much busier than it seemed from the listing) and walking distance to a cute little ice cream place. The kids loved the pool, too, which was nice on days we wanted a break from the sand! I wish there had been some additional paper products or toiletries for the cost, but we knew from the listing that there wouldn't be so at least we were able to prepare. Karen was great with communication leading up to our stay, and everything seemed very straightforward. All in all, we were all pleased with the rental and would stay there again if we come back.

We loved Coralina 12!

I don't know where to begin. We picked this property based on VRBO reviews and pics, and were pleasantly surprised to find the experience overwhelmingly fun! Our group varied from 4 through 6 during the week, with family coming in and out. Coralina 12 is so well designed to give everyone their space. The 3rd floor is a great combination of master bedroom, living room and kitchen. We had several family game nights at the big table, as well as pool tournaments on the first floor. The pool out back is a little cramped once you get 5-6 people around, but we enjoyed it. We didn't get to the beach much, but access is very easy. And the 3rd floor deck was a great place for a star party each night. Our host Karen was available easily, but we really didn't need her help with anything - the check-in and day-to-day are fool-proof. Our family has done many beach trips over the years, but this one will be remembered as one of the best!

Amazing Vacation!

This vacation property had everything that we needed, and more! Our family thoroughly enjoyed how roomy the home is, and how the house stayed true to the theme of a beach house! There were so many things to do here, from the games provided, the pool and hot tub, a huge outdoor grill, and of course, the beach! Our host Karen was easy to communicate with and so accommodating too. It was a pleasure to work with her! My family is already asking when we can come back! This was hands down the best vacation ever!!

Perfect FraMily Trip

A group of friends that have become family wanted to get away for the long weekend. This house was amazing and the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy the beach, pool and most importantly, each other! Karen was wonderful to work with and very communicative. The checking process was easy, the book left at the property made it easy and outlined expectations for the checkout process. We had everything we needed to make us comfortable while we were there. The kitchen had plenty of baking dishes, silverware, plates/bowls/cups and storage space for our large trip to the grocery. The washer and dryer was lovely and allowed us to keep up on laundry and wash beach towels each night. The beach was so close and easy to get to. The waves were intense, but the kids loved it! There is an outdoor shower that made it supper easy to rinse off and hop straight into the pool when we got back. We could easily grill out back and keep an eye on the kids as well, which was nice! As a side note, plan to walk up to the pier and look at the fish and/or go fishing. You do have to pay to get on the pier, which we did not know at first. However, you have a clear view of stingrays and so many other cool things. Crab hunting at night was also a lot of fun, be prepared to have a flashlight and to see tons of them all over the beach. 10/10 recommend visiting and enjoying time with your group.

Just what we were looking for

Short jaunt over to the beach, pool to enjoy when we weren't beaching it. Everyone from ages 1 to 65 had a fabulous time.

Perfect beach vacation

This house is beautiful, the pictures don't do justice. Karen's house has everything you need to relax and have a good time with your family. The house is walking distance to two ice cream shops, a pier and the beach of course. The owner is super responsive and organized. We highly recommend this place!
