We have had so much success and so many happy customers with our other Deauville Condo that we bought another one right next door. This unit has privacy and an amazing unobstructed view of Mt. San Jacinto. Brand new Sealy Posturepedic king size mattress. Beautifully furnished with flat screen TV's in the living and master bedroom. Wifi. Fully stocked with all fine linens, towels and kitchen supplies.
Just refreshed in October 2024 with new carpet and paint.
Second story unit with vaulted ceilings and skylights. Walk to downtown restaurants, convention center and the casino. Resort like main pool with 2 additional pools and workout room. 2 tennis courts.

You will not be disappointed.

No rentals to persons under the age of 25. No smoking and no pets. Minimum 28 day rental.

This is a premium Deauville unit with an excellent location.

Perfect location!

This was the first time staying in the Deauville. Been to several other places in the area but none as nice. One bedroom, two bath. Just right for my sister and me. Great private patio and mt. view. Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shopping and street fair. Condo is across the street from the casino. Perfect location! The pool area is by far the best because of the many palm trees that provide shade in the heat of the day. Be sure to find out how to work the TV prior to picking up the remotes. There were no instructions and I messed it up and had nothing but "snow" to watch our first night there. We had to "face time" John the next morning so he could get us a TV picture.

Nice, worked well for us

Could use a good cleaning! New dishes etc. Overall we enjoyed it.

First rate accommodations!!

A very enjoyable stay. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The new modern kitchen was well appointed. The grounds were beautiful, the pools and hot tub’s nicely laid out and clean. Underground parking but an easy walk to downtown. Overall a very nice stay!

Definitely a return destination

Lovely, quiet, and relaxing. The condo is attractively decorated, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Few minute walk to downtown. Pool, hot tub, and gym were a bonus. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great location but tired and needs a desperate upgrade

We visited from Alberta winter 2014. The location can't be beat and the owner is great. But the place didn't seem very clean. The white carpet and white couch needed a steam clean and weren't very appealing. Some of the appliances worked on again/ off again - dishwasher/microwave need an upgrade. Despite this we enjoyed our stay, but would only reconsider staying here again if some needed upgrade/cleaning are done.

Had a great stay

Great condo. Clean and modern with a lovely patio and mountain view. And two nice bathrooms. The Deauville is beautifully maintained, in a great location and we met lots of friendly people around the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

We bought in the Deauville because of the location and the resort like grounds of the complex. We can walk to the center of town and enjoy the nightlife/shopping. The casino is only a block away. There is no other complex this close to the center of town that is this nice.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The main pool is something that you would see at a high end resort. I can stare at the view of Mt. San Jacinto from our balcony all day and never get tired of it. It is just fabulous.
