For check-outs before 8:00 am a convenience fee must be paid and after 6:00 pm an additional daily fee and a convenience fee must be paid.
Payment by credit card, PagSeguro and Paypal, fees will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of 35 days prior to the check-in date.

PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to ten (10) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, and is responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of law or condominium by-laws.
