Here, old-world charm is balanced with a modern bath and an equipped modern kitchen. This studio has a 3/4 wall that makes the living room and bedroom feel separated. The area that serves as the sleeping area has a queen bed and a closet. There is also the living space with kitchen, a generous pantry, closet and living room furnished with a flat screen smart TV, table and sofa. An airbed can be provided for extra guests.

There are bamboo floors throughout. The kitchen was recently remodeled to include updated appliances, new fixtures, and granite counter tops. The living room has an exposed brick wall. There is central heat and AC; 32" Flat screen HDTV, wireless internet and cable TV, cotton linens and towels; hair dryer; soap. The building’s amenities include an equipped outdoor garage roof deck with gas grills, a small fenced-in back yard.

Lincoln Park is known for its nightlife, restaurants, abundance of parks, and close proximity Chicago's best. Enjoy easy access to the Loop/downtown, Wrigley Field, Grant Park, Navy Pier, the lakefront, and more. Walk 1.2 miles to Wrigley Field or take the Red Line 2 short stops to the famed 1060 West Addison. In addition to the L, the Halsted bus located 3 blocks away will bring you to Greek Town and the Stadium for Blackhawks and Bulls games, and the Fullerton bus on the corner will whisk you to the lakefront, Lincoln Park Zoo and more. Wicker Park and Bucktown are easy to access by bus or a short cab ride. If you’ve brought a car, we will provide you with complimentary Zone Guest parking passes. There are also 2 pay parking garages within 2 blocks.

Other Things to Note

We ask guests to arrive before 10pm to minimize noise when entering the building. There is a noise curfew from 11pm until 8am and we ask that you are mindful of your neighbors at all times, and especially during noise curfew hours.
