Beautiful three Bedroom two bath cabin with Wood Burning Fireplace, and Creek Frontage. This Cabin has a Mountain View and is located less than 5 miles to Downtown Blairsville. The Cabin has Internet Access and is Pet Friendly. Nice 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Cabin close to Lake Nottley. This cabin is less than 1/4 mile from the Nottley Marina and it also has a Creek flowing through the Front Yard just below the Cabin. Enjoy the Nice Screened-In Porch and the Peace and Quiet. It also has a Lower Level Bedroom that has a Full and Trundle Bed. There is also a Ping Pong and Dart Board in the Lower Level. Outside there is a Horse Shoe Pit, Tire Swing, Fire Pit, Pond, Creek and Sporting equipment (Frisbee, Football, and Soccer Ball). The Cabin has 3 TV’s equipped with Sling TV and DVD’s and a large selection of Movies and Board Games. Enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains from this ideal location in Blairsville. When you book your cabin, and enter your credit card information. Please only hit the Submit button Once. You will receive via email 3 days before your check in date, the Directions and Lockbox Code to get in the cabin. PETS: In order to consider pets in our rental, we need some additional information. What is the breed of your pet? How old is the pet and how much does it weigh? We need information concerning your flea control treatment for your pet. We agree to consider pets in our rentals under these conditions:
1. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.
2. There is an additional $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
3. Pets must remain crated when unattended.
4. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, and you will be held responsible for all damage to the property.
5. If you bring in any undeclared pets, there will be a charge of $200.00 per pet added to your stay.
6. There is a maximum of two pets per household
SPECIAL REQUEST PETS OUTSIDE OF DOGS MUST BE APPROVED BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO DAY OF ARRIVAL
Pets are not to be left unattended in the home at any time. Regarding Service Animals, due to the homes being privately owned, the rule of having Service Animals does not apply, as the owner of the property may be allergic, so Service Animals are not allowed to enter these homes as they are privately owned homes, the law for Service Animals does not apply here. We have many homes that do allow pets, please be sure to check with our office ahead of time. If your pet is a barker and we get complaints about the barking, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without a refund. Please be sure to pick up after your pet and dispose of droppings in a tied plastic bag. Please ask the staff where the pet towels are located in your vacation rental. Please do not use the guest towels. Please be advised that any damage caused by your pet will result in additional charges. These charges are determined by the homeowner. Dogs must be leashed.
No unauthorized parties, underage drinking and/or controlled substances of any kind will be permitted. No Smoking in the house, smoking is permitted outside and on the porch. Please use ashtrays provided. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave.
