As you enter, you'll find the main living area on the third level, designed with an open-concept floor plan that maximizes space and comfort. The inviting living area features a cozy sofa, a loveseat, and a TV—perfect for hosting movie nights with family and friends. The dining table accommodates six, complemented by additional seating for four at the kitchen island, making it ideal for entertaining.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting stainless steel appliances, ample counter space for meal prep, and a convenient coffee bar complete with a wine and beverage fridge. Step outside to the deck area, furnished for relaxation, and ascend the stairway to the crow's nest, where you can soak in panoramic views of Port Aransas.
On this level, you'll also find a comfortable bedroom and a full bath. The second level features three additional bedrooms and two full baths, providing plenty of space for family and guests.
