CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

Lake Louise (90-minute drive): In just an hour and a half, along the scenic Kootenay Highway, you`ll find yourself at one of Canada`s most iconic monuments. Lake Louise is known for its turquoise waters, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks & overlooked by the stately Fairmont chateau. Hiking trails wind up to the Lake Agnes Tea House for bird`s-eye views. There`s a canoe dock in summer and a skating rink on the frozen lake in winter. The Lake Louise Ski Resort features a wildlife interpretive center at the top of a gondola.
Please note that the duplex`s backyard isn`t fenced off between the two spaces, but that the hot tub is in a private area away from the neighbouring unit.

HOUSE RULES: 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 11 people.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

We had a very relaxing stay, the house is very spacious and offers many amenities. The game room was a hit with the kids and also the hot tub is very relaxing after an active day.The location is excellent, very quiet but just off the highway so you can easily go anywhere.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Invermere. The house was clean and hot tub was a nice bonus. We enjoyed playing pool in the evenings. The house however is starting to show its age and could use some upgrades and repairs.

Bachelorette weekend
Our stay at this property was amazing! The house was perfect for a group of 10 girls coming to celebrate a bachelorette trip. There was enough space and beds for everyone, and the property was well taken care of. It was well equipped with everything we needed, which made it super convenient for the few little things we forgot. The location was very ideal for what we had planned and the views were amazing from the back yard / front deck. Would highly recommend this house!
