Overview: This brand-new tiny home offers guests all the best parts of tiny home livin` with none of the downsides! Located just off I-35 & 290, <5 min to Mueller & <10 minutes to downtown ATX. Our tiny home is designed to help our guests have the full tiny home experience, without giving up any of the amenities. Not everything is bigger in Texas :) Stay tiny while having a big Austin adventure. We’d love to have you!

The Space: The tiny home is a charming and well-appointed tiny home nestled in the backyard of the main house on property, offering both privacy and accessibility to all of East Austin`s hot spots! Enjoy 14` ceilings creating a bright, spacious living space with an open floor plan while still maximizing privacy. Full kitchen with a stovetop, an oven for those looking to cook while vacationing, and an island that lets you still be part of any conversations. You`ll also have access to a quaint outdoor deck—perfect for savoring your morning coffee or relaxing with an evening nightcap.

Communications: As your host, I am available via the booking platform’s messaging feature but for more urgent requests, please call. I live just a short drive down the road! Please reach out to me for any issues, not the homeowner living in the property’s front house.

Travel Logistics: Your tiny home awaits! If you are flying in, there’s really no need for a rental car. You can Uber from the airport for less than $25, and a quick trip to countless bars, restaurants, and local attractions, and if you’re careful, there are city bikes and scooters on every corner.
$100 fee for smoking or tampering with smoke alarms! And just one more thing, $100 fee for glitter or confetti use within the tiny home. Don`t be that person that makes our cleaning gal`s life more difficult :)
