Comfortable 2 queen beds await guests in the cozy bedrooms, along with 2 new fabulous bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and bidet. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or dine in. Coffee station caters your caffeine fix. Full size front load W/D with all the detergents gives you convenience. The living room provides a comfortable leather sofa to watch TV on your large 55” smart TV. It’s also very comfortable for naps. An additional blow up full size bed for extra guests. Enjoy your time in Austin at our newly renovated and modern condo.

CITY LIVING: we are located right in the center of everything in a diverse neighborhood. If loud noises, vehicles sounds, music, etc is a concern to you, I would recommend you book elsewhere. It's a great space and we've invested in new windows and doors but that is not 100% sound proof and we cannot guarantee it.
TRASH DAY: trash can be taken to the opposite side of the complex near the tennis courts. Much appreciated.
PARKING: you are in the city so free parking is a luxury here. Only one free reserved parking spot in the back - not ideal for dual axle trucks or box trucks.
You may obtain 2 additional HOA parking permits in addition to the 1 free parking space. It is $40 per permit for the duration of your stay. I will bill you through here - just ask. Any vehicles without the parking permit sticker will be towed at owner's expense. HOA has an active towing policy in place.
Each missing permit costs $50 to replace.
PET OWNERS: we only accept dogs and cats. Sorry, no puppies or kittens! Please let us know in advance of booking if you plan to bring pet(s). All pets are on a case-by-case basis and require approval PRIOR to booking. We will need full vacinnation records, pic of pet(s), any bite history, breed and weight. $75/pet cleaning fee for booking. Limited to max of 2 pets. Additional pet rules apply - please inquire prior to approval. No pets on any furniture or bedding at any time. Pretty much common sense stuff.
SERVICE ANIMALS: by law, we are not required to host service animals since we are a private rental. However, we will try to accommodate as needed and ONLY if our requirements are met. We need doctor's note about disability for affected person the service animal is for with physician's full name, address, date stamp, person's full name, dog's name & picture, registration # if applicable and address of owner. We will need the training facility of the service animal and it's certification record as a service dog. If any of these requirements do not meet current legal requirements, we will kindly abide by current laws and regulations.
ID VERIFICATION: We are committed to protecting our properties and require ID verification. This is why we've partnered with Truvi (SuperHog), the leading vacation rental guest screening provider. Cost is approximately $79, which may be subject to change without notice.

We require you to sign a lease and provide ID's of all adults staying at the property.
If you are a month to month guest, you will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
