While this private room does not have a full kitchen, kitchen sink, or a laundry room, this private room offers:

1) A private bathroom with a shower and toilet
2) A Queen-size bed with protective coverings
3) A dining table with two chairs

6) A charging station to charge your cellphone, laptop, etc.

While there isn't a kitchen in this private room, we supply small appliances like a toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, induction hot plate with a pot and pan, a microwave, 3 different coffee machines (drip, french press, and pod, and dishware and mugs, etc. There is a refrigerator with a built-in freezer as well.

*** HOUSE RULES ***

* 1. No guests, parties, large gatherings, or events.

* We provide bedspreads and protective covers on mattresses. We do not typically provide bed sheets, pillow cases, kitchen towels, bath towels, or pillows. However this private room does.

* If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11 a.m., you will be charged a $150 fee plus the cost of an additional night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.

* Please note that this furnished home has a Smart TV with Roku and wireless internet via Spectrum. The username and password is located in the manual and posted in the room.

* Guests must pass a background check through KeyCheck for $39.99. Screening criteria: Pass Criminal History Check. Renter's insurance is not required. We will issue a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this background check.

* There are many driveway/parking pad spaces (uncovered) in the front that are available and included in rent.

* Aloha Midterm Rentals LLC tenant screening involves ID verification and a background check. We will decline applicants who provide fraudulent identification.
