This is a fantastic property for a large group. I highly recommend it if you want a beautiful house that is centrally located with all the amenities you need.

Amazing house

Fantastic

We had a lovely holiday at Roy’s villa he was very helpful when needed. We found lots to do in the area from buggy rides up to a volcano which was great fun. Aqua lava Water park was near by . Another Evening we went texas ranch which was very good, plenty of food and drink.Easy access to grocery stores nearby.

Truly special experience in stunning villa

This was the perfect venue for my fitness retreat. All my guests had their own room with en suite, there is SO much space that we never felt on top of each other, and the facilities - pool, hot tub, sauna, games room - really made the experience special. Keen to return, thank you so much!

Happy Week

A very enjoyable family (14 members) holiday and the villa was perfect for our group. The villa facilities are excellent and kept all ages entertained. The only slight down side is the noise from aircraft which you get used to. Location is great for supermarkets and access to local beaches, golf clubs, sports facilities and tourist landmarks.

Our stay in Villa Lanzarote was a wonderful experience for the company team that stayed in Lanzarote to combine leisure and work. Spectacular views, wide beautiful space with lovely rooms, full equipped kitchen... lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi... The welcome was great and Roy was making things easy for us during the reservation and the stay.

Fabulous!

We’ve had the most wonderful stay in a truly stunning villa, brilliantly equipped throughout to meet all our needs from babies to the elderly. Location is ideal and the views from the hills are beautiful. Roy has been amazing in meeting our requirements and helping us to arrange minibus hire, we are so grateful. A stunning villa and a very memorable holiday!

Our stay at the villa was superb, Roy and Jill are exceptional hosts pre and during our stay.Rooms were very clean, kitchen very well stocked with utensils herbs and spices and a welcome pack at the start of our stay which was a nice touch.The views from the villa are stunning, certainly at sunset on first floor balcony. At night the area is very quiet, perfect for chilling but only 25 taxi and you can be in the heart of action (Puerto del carmen).Around the pool area there are plenty of areas to sun bathe with decent sun loungers and also hammocks. Hot tub is maintained well, not sure you can get more then 7 in comfortably, but wasn’t an issue for us. Games room was very good. It had both table football and a pool table of good standard.All in all a fantastic break away in a villa that to date is the best I’ve ever stayed inThank you again Roy and Jill You have a big gem there!! J & the class of 1987

Christmas break

Nice large house with plenty of room & seating. Very good welcome pack which was much appreciated as well as the Christmas tree, decorated & lit ready for our arrival.Slightly disappointed that the heating/cooling were operated by coin machines (very difficult to keep getting change) and would have preferred more towels (only 1 per person) as we had to wash them midweek - which did not save water as was the intention.Very good management, and queries were addressed promptly.

Fantastic property, lots of room for everyone. Owners very quick to respond to a few things. Welcome pack a very nice touch considering we were arriving in the evening. Only niggle was a coin operated AC system that we were unaware of until I phoned the owner to say the AC wasn’t working. In a near cashless society, we didn’t have many coins and they were soon gobbled up very quickly with one unit covering pretty much every room. The owner kindly gave us some coins but they soon ran out and the last night was very hot and humid so we got little sleep. He told me they are changing the system soon, but be prepared to bring a lot of 1 euro coins with you. Apart from that, amazing place

Great place for a mixed large party

We were very happy with El Palacete. 13 of us, from age 3 to 72, children, grandchildren, etc etc. Everything exactly as in specification. Roy and Jill supportive and friendly, but not intrusive. The hot tub was amazing. Location a little dusty, but that’s Lanzarote and it’s volcanic nature - which was fascinating to visit. Very convenient location for water sports (jetski, windsurf - and a fascinating submarine journey.) golf (very friendly at both courses), and good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Family Holiday

This was our 3rd visit to the Villa. The location and facilities are excellent and we all enjoyed our week. However, this time we felt some of the equipment needed replacing. One outdoor chair was broken and a sun lounger collapsed when we sat on it. On inspection, other Sun loungers were also found to be unsafe. Plus the door on the patio heater kept falling off, dangerous with young children using the Villa. One evening we needed to take a young child to hospital but there was no information folder in the Villa to help us! This needs resolving as soon as possible. We feel it’s now time for investment in the Villa, to bring it back up to its original standard.

Hi Sally , Delighted to welcome you back again and thank you for looking after the villa. We really appreciated your comments as it helps us to keep the villa up to standard. I checked immediately after you left the villa. There were 2 sunbeds that had broken slats underneath and one that was smashed up completely (maybe the previous guests damaged it so badly and our terrace cleaner must have missed it and he has been reprimanded. These sun beds have already been replaced. The patio door heater hinge had been sprained and it took me 30 seconds to fix. During your stay you asked for more gas bottles and we delivered 2 new bottles within the hour and if someone had mentioned the door hinge on the heater on my visit it could have been sorted then as we always put children's safety to the fore. We are continually investing in our premier villa with a SAUNA being installed in the next 2 weeks, Lounge furniture and outside dining chairs that are on order waiting for delivery Best regards Roy

Oh my god! Pure pure luxury and immaculate throughout, my brother arrived the day before we did, and kept ringing me to tell me how fabulous the villa was, I was so excited and wanted to be there. On arrival we were not disappointed, champagne on ice, and luxurious bath robes we called ourselves the "red coats". We only ventured out to the supermarket which is about a ten min walk from the villa as the weather was fantastic and the children loved the pool, which was very safe. There is so much space that the pictures do not capture, we were a family of 14 and had ample room. The games room is fab and had many a tournament of pool and table tennis, we made our own fun so did not need to go out. We had fancy dress on the night of my birthday which we purchased from the village, so much fun and not expensive to buy. We took our computor but did not need to as there was already one there also a wii games console which we did not have time to play, the hot tub was amazing. The villa is not overlooked by any other villas so we had extreme privacy and no noisy neighbours. The service prior and during our stay from Jill and Roy was exceptional, very very helpful, thankyou once again. The villa is magical we all felt like royalty, a first family holiday (and not the last)to remember for the rest of our lives.

Spectacular Villa

We cannot say enough about how great our holiday was in El Palacete. It is a perfect holiday destination for everyone. The amenities are complete. We had everything we needed for our Vacation. We loved the fact that both our families had separate apartments, upstairs and downstairs, and then we got together on the south facing covered terrace for all our meals. The kitchens are well equipped. Every aspect for a good holiday has been well thought out and executed. Tye location is ideal. Roy organised our rental cars and they were great value from Autoplus Cars. We loved our go to supermarkets, Hiperdino and Roper. We enjoyed restaurants Costa Azul in El Golfo and SalMarino in Playa Honda. Do yourself a favour and book your holiday in El Palacete!

Simply Stunning

We stayed at Villa El Palacete for 2 weeks over Christmas and new year 2020/1. The villa is stunning and speaks for itself, it has everything you need for a complete getaway from the troubled times we are currently going through as well as 'normal' times. Roy and Jill were brilliant in the lead up to our holiday, understanding and flexible to the issues surrounding traveling in COVID times, we cant thank them enough. They were also quick to respond when we needed assistance with a medical requirement and with a couple of lost dogs we came across!. All in all we had a brilliant holiday even with the restrictions on the island. Would we go back - 100% YES Would we recommend - 100% YES

Perfect for large parties

Booked party of 12 to celebrate 60th birthday. The owner were extremely helpful, the recommended chef (Paul Ecob) was amazing who cooked for us on several occasions and Easyhire365 also were excellent in shopping and delivering supplies for us on arrival. The villa is perfect for large groups and fully equipped. The only disappointment is the spa tub is not very powerful, only a few jets work. Otherwise everything was perfect and we had a lovely stay.

Fantastic villa

A big family holiday celebrating a 60th birthday, in a villa which suited us perfectly. Very spacious & very well equipped. If anything cropped up over our stay there our hosts/housekeeper were really quick to respond & sort out any small issues. The wi-fi would come & go a bit, but considering the number using it worked pretty well. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of fridge space! We had a chef come in & cook one evening, which was excellent! Car hire was essential for trips to the supermarkets, but apart from that we didn’t really leave the villa! We all thoroughly enjoyed our week & would love to do it all over again!!

Family holiday

Absolutely fantastic villa & holiday, amazed at the size of the villa it was as beautiful as the pictures, 20, in our party each of us have stated what a luxurious place wow. We had minor issues that Roy & Gill accommodated and sorted straight away fabulous owners, thank you so much for our arrival reception of champagne and orange juice that was so lovely, highly recommend a visit here it has privacy for guests whilst still having the balance of unity, the pool was fantastic also the hot tub which was a delight, the children enjoyed the games room and mini golf keeping them entertained on an evening after all day swimming, it’s around 5, minutes to local shops which has a supermarket, 20, minutes by car to town Puerto del carmen I advise a car rental as it’s hilly to the local amenities, we had the most amazing family holiday and would return as our stay was so inviting and enjoyable, thank you Roy & Gill top knot has 👍
