This spacious 2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 baths extra bright Kauai Princeville Townhouse is tastefully remodeled and decorated, it’s crispy clean and ready for you to enjoy it. Conveniently situated as an end-unit, the two-story Townhouse takes advantage of the reviving trade winds and tropical breezes, bringing you the total island feel.
Sitting on the private lanai, you can enjoy your coffee looking at the morning sunrise, totally surrounded by lush tropical landscape and exotic birds. From the second floor master bedroom, you can walk out on the deck taking a glimpse at the beautiful ocean. When you feel ready, an ancient path will take you on a short walk to the secluded sandy Anini Beach. Excellent snorkeling and swimming spot, the beach is surrounded by a reef, making it one of the calmest Kauai beaches. The adventure awaits you in these sparkling waters full of tropical fish and green sea turtles, on this beautiful island of Kauai.

The Townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Princeville Resort at the Kauai North Shore, nestled between the breathtaking Prince and Makai Golf Course and adjacent to the 5 star resort of The Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas. Princeville is zoned as a VDA (Vacation Destination Area) and as such it allows for short term rentals operation. Being in Princeville also means being close to shopping, dining and numerous possibilities for various activities (please see activities section).

This is a great place to stay, in a great area on the island. The condo had everything we needed, and is decorated nicely with Hawaiian charm.

Everything is worn and slightly broken. For the cost I was expecting more upkeep. Lots of ants nightly coming in from three different spots. Found the ant killer spray and that took care of one of the entrances, seems like all the bug traps are luring them in.

Great Kauai Accommodations

Perfect stay

We loved the spaciousness of the unit. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location was perfect. Restaurants, shops and beach are all just a short walk away.

Perfect for our needs.

Had friends at the Westin and could walk to them. Efficiently managed property. No AC but was cool enough in November. Very clean and neat.

Lovely location and accommodations!

Perfect for our island getaway. Lots of space for ourselves and our adult children. Bright, airy and clean. Great to come back to after a day hiking or snorkeling. Close to grocery store. The beach gear was appreciated!

Excellent townhouse

Beautiful townhouse. Nice and very spacious. I would recommend owner say no ac. Owner provided fans also screen doors and screens on windows. We enjoyed our stay. Lovely place!! We would like to stay again.

Princeville vacation

The property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and toys. It was very clean. In a nice location not far from shopping center. We had a couple minor issues which were immediately taken care of by the property manager, Koko. Outstanding service. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very pleased with the cle...

Very pleased with the clean, roomy and quiet, accommodations. Parking spot is right outside the door. This unit is convenient to all north shore attractions. Day trips to anywhere else on the island are a delight from Princville. Highly recommend doing the food shopping at Costco in Lihue the first day of your stay. There are also couple of grocery stores (Foodland/Safeway) in Kappa or the local Big Save in Hanalei which is a couple of miles away. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely little condo

We are owners at a close by vacation resort and had some family tag along on our trip this year, so we decided to try a new place. This was a great spot to stay with everything we needed. My one complaint would be that only a few select outlets actually worked. When we tried to plug in the fans or needed to charge a phone, it was like a treasure hunt to find another working plug. Overall we were pleased with the stay, thanks for sharing your home with us as we explore paradise.

Ten days in Kauai was outstanding! Our townhome in Princeville was just right.It was furnished with everything we needed,very clean and very easy to find.The North Shore is beautiful and we especially enjoyed snorkeling in Queen's Bath!After a great day of sightseeing,tubing and of course excellent dining,it was soooo relaxing to come "Home" to such a relaxing place.Super quiet and friendly neighbors.We would definately stay here again!Thanks, Alex, for making paradise so easy and affordable! Spacious comfortable base to explore Kauai

We really enjoyed our stay at this place and found it a great base to explore Kauai. It is spacious and well equipped, we appreciated the beach/ snorkel gear and ample towels. The washer/ dryer also very handy. Checkin was easy and place was very clean. Beds comfortable and fans were fine for us in late May/ early June. Only minor hiccup was fridge stopped working and needed defrosting half way through stay but was resolved by property manager. Quiet complex - except for the rosters but hey it’s Kauai! Thank you for the stay

Quiet Condo

Condo is large with everything that we needed. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer. Very clean with what smelled like new carpet. Parking was right outside the door. Beach chairs were great and glad to have beach towels available. Quiet neighborhood with beach within walking distance. Would recommend. I'm a tough rater - only reason not 5 stars.

We stayed in this townhome for three weeks in february, and couldn't have been more pleased. The place was very well kept, CLEAN, extremely comfortable, QUIET, and comes with lots of amenities. (check out the siamese cat across the way) The neighbors were nice, and the on-site property manager was awesome!! She was very helpful in many different ways. We didn't exactly have the nicest weather, but we'll definitely go back!! We've already decided to go back for a month in 2007!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Everything we needed and close to everything!

We had a great time at this townhouse! It was everything we needed and was close to places where we could kayak, hike and SUP. We loaded up at Costco on our way in from the airport and used this rental as our home base while we recreated. The only reason why I took off one star was because we wished that some things were a bit cleaner. The downstairs bathroom shower needed to be scrubbed and there were some rusted and dirty vacuums and fans in the downstairs bedroom with a few carpet stains. However, I'm not sure if this has to do with the humidity as we come from a pretty dry climate. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay here again.

Good overall impression

Condo was open and airy, perfect for us two. Nice areas to walk, and Hanalei was very near, so lots of things to see. The “path to the beach” was kind of a joke. More like a mountain goat trail. I did it once to see the pathetic little beach, but never again. If you are looking for a property near the beach, this is not for you. We could not get past Hanalei due to road closures from the flood. There are a few beaches closer to the south, but you’d have to drive. Overall good impression of the property, I was just hoping I could walk to a beach and sit and watch the waves.

Good property, but not really private.

We stay with kids, the condo was good. (Please add bath mat in the tub. ) A lot of windows, and couple of them without blinds. So, people walking on the road could see us. Not really comfortable. A lot of mosquitos. It was a problem. The path to the beach really close. 10 min and you are on the beach. Overall it was great, I like the kettle ( sometimes it rare), clean and modern ( compare with our friend's condo at the same community)! Thank you!

A Paradisiacal Stay with a Minor Bump

Tucked away in the heart of beautiful Princeville, this townhouse proved to be the ultimate launchpad for our Hawaiian adventure. Its strategic location meant that the stunning Napali coast, the tranquil Hanalei, and myriad breathtaking beaches and trails were effortlessly accessible. Additionally, the convenience of having local shopping and dining spots within walking distance added to the charm of our stay. Walking into the townhouse, it was as if we had stepped into our very own home. The meticulous attention to detail was evident - from the nice furniture to a well-equipped kitchen, and even the thoughtful inclusion of beach accessories. It truly was our home away from home, but with the unparalleled bonus of Hawaii's paradise right at our doorstep. While it is on the pricier side, the experience and amenities justify every penny spent. However, our stay was not without a slight hiccup. On returning one night, we found our designated parking spot occupied by an unauthorized vehicle. This meant scouring for an alternate spot late at night – a task that was both unexpected and vexing. While our host did assure us of spare parking, the situation was a tad disappointing. All in all, it was a memorable stay with just a tiny wrinkle to iron out. Thank you!
