Enjoy the Views and Tropical Breezes Condo at The Cliffs

Soaring ceilings and walls of windows make this spacious unit feel even larger. Located on the third and top floor of The Cliffs, you will be treated to breathtaking views of the lush Princeville tropical landscape and long ocean views. From the living room lanai, you can enjoy dining alfresco and even catch a glimpse of passing ships. The separate lanai opening off of the master bedroom faces the mountains. Wake up every morning to the changing shades of green as the sun, clouds, and sometimes warm rain move over them.

Remodeling has just been completed in 2024, with a new kitchen and baths, featuring all stainless steel appliances, granite counters on new cabinetry, travertine and marble floors throughout, and new plush carpeting in the loft sleeping area. Furnishings are tropical style including a new LED 50 inch TV and free WIFI.

To make your stay more enjoyable, the condo has been stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, big sportbrella, snorkel gears, beach toys, books, movies, games and more. Within the resort there is a putting green, tennis courts, children's play center with state of the art playground equipment, a shuffleboard court, adult and children tennis and volleyball court, swimming pool and two spas. Also available are bike rentals, gas BBQ, great whale watching spots, outside cooking gazebo right on the cliffs, daily activities and an activity coordinator.
For parents with babies we provide 'pack and play' and high chair.
