Great location. Ease of access to the gondola and the town is as good as it gets with this location. Parking underground and elevator access with loading trollies makes it easy to access and to load and unload belongings quickly.

Great property with Mountain Views and the best part was ski in and out. The property is pretty close to the keystone village right above some of the restuarants and cafes with easy access for all needs. The condo was clean and well equipped.

Great location. Easy walk to the gondola. Easy walk to rent gear at Christy’s. Two coffee shops steps away (Steep and Inxpot) and many types of food a short walk away. The view from the room is tremendous. Everything you need is available in the condo blankets great couches and a wonderful fireplace. Plenty of space. We really enjoyed the property and hope to get the opportunity to stay here again.

It was an absolutely incredible stay! My family didn’t want to leave. Spacious for our family of 5 (with 3 boys). Gorgeous view on the balcony - we were constantly outside enjoying the weather and views. The washer and dryer in the unit was a lifesaver. So close to EVERYTHING!! We are already wanting to make a trip back and stay here. It’s going to be hard to beat!!

The host and property manager were great to work with and the layout of the unit was great. It had everything we needed and the location was superb! I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again:)

This was an incredible property to stay at. It was incredibly clean (which I’m always nervous about), well stocked, and in a great location. We were visiting in the off season so not everything in River Run was open, but overall still a fun spot. The setting couldn’t be better and you’re very centrally located. We booked fairly last minute and this ended up being one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. We’ll be back!

Family Ski Trip

Best Condo at Keystone

Our ski group visits Keystone every year and have stayed in many different condos. This condo in Black Bear Lodge is by far the best! Everything about it is perfect!! We intend to stay there whenever we visit Keystone in the future!!!

Great place in River Run

There were 4 adults and 2 children staying in the condo. It was a great location, very clean, and had ample kitchen and bathroom supplies. There was plenty of room for relaxing and more than enough beds for sleeping. The patio was nice with chairs and a beautiful view of the mountain. The owner responded quickly with our questions and very informative. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Skiing

We spent our spring break at the condo. Quick hop to the gondola. The condo is spacious, and well appointed. Donna was a gracious host. Specially when we locked ourselves out forgetting the keys. Highly recommend.

Best location! Almost ski-on/ski-out.

Total luxury next to the Gondola in Keystone. Two good size bedrooms. There was only 4 of us, but this place has room for more for sure. Great kitchen. We never had to eat out - just picked up groceries along the way. This has got to be one of the best places to stay in Keystone. Amazing.

Worth every penny!

We had an excellent time at Donna's condo. Huge master suite, king beds in both rooms, great balcony view. The check-in was easy and Donna was a wonderful host. It checked all the boxes and I don't have a single negative thing to say about it. We can't wait to come back!

Best location in the village!

My friends and I loved this condo! It had plenty of space for all of us, while also being warm, cozy, and a great place to relax and hang out. The best perk was the location. It’s right above a great coffee shop which made for easy coffee and breakfast runs in the morning before skiing. The walk to the gondola is so quick and easy that it will be hard for me to want to stay in any other condo in Keystone. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location!

This place is fantastic! Not only is the location unbeatable (we watched the gondola line out the window to decide when to walk down), the condo layout is super smart. It feels massive, with the bedrooms well spaced away from each other and a whole huge sitting room in the primary bedroom. There are hooks everywhere to hang coats and a long shelf in the dining room that acted like a train overhead compartment for bags, coolers, etc. Top notch!

Amazing location and unit

This property was literally steps away from the river run gondola and in the heart of the village with all the shops and restaurants. You can’t beat the location for quick access to the slopes. The unit itself was great - all the conveniences you could ask for (except we could not find a pizza cutter). Coffee filters, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, a first aid kit, and ice trays were just a few of the conveniences that were included. Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets as well. The unit even had two box fans which came in handy for noise since you are right there and can hear people fairly early in the village. The ski locker was super convenient on the way out to the gondola, and the hot tub though small, was never full even right after the lifts closed for the day. We would definitely come back to this unit if we decide to ski Keystone again.

We enjoyed everything about this rental…a kind and responsive host, excellent location right in River Run and very short walk to gondola (probably the closest you can get besides the Kindred) and the unit itself was very comfortable and cozy. It had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, lots of hooks for ski gear, etc. we really couldn’t have been happier and hope to return to this unit.

Best spot in the resort. Amazing views from the balcony and close to all the shops and restaurants. Gondola was just steps away. The house was very accommodating, cozy, and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
