Open concept kitchen allows the traveler to cook a gourmet meal while entertaining guests both inside and outside the house. Primary bedroom allows access to the backyard Oasis either through the private bath with entry to the pool and yard or through the side sliding doors. The second bedroom features another king bed with luxury linens, pullout sofa bed and a full bath with shower just outside the door. The third bedroom features a beamed vaulted ceiling and separate AC unit to cool or heat this room alone.

Please note that the pool water temperature during winter months will be heated between 86-89 degrees. We strive to be a sustainable property, as a result we may not be able to accommodate any request to increase the temperature of the pool any further.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have 24/7 video/audio security cameras on the exterior of the property and in the garage. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and designed to maintain your privacy while enjoying our home.

GUESTS:
Only the guests on the confirmed VRBO reservation are allowed on the property / in the cabin. Extra guests must be approved by the owners in advance of the reservation and are subject to additional fees.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES:
We do have weekly pool maintenance service scheduled on every Friday (subject to change) during which the pool servicing company accesses the pool area from the side door and runs the usual maintenance which runs about 15 mins. In addition to this we also have a biweekly yard maintenance service scheduled on Tuesdays (subject to change) which will access the front and back yard for lawn mowing and cleaning up leaves. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration.
If additional services are needed the host will contact the guest to coordinate the timing.

PETS:
An additional fee of $150 will be applied to your reservation. We gladly welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval before your booking. We kindly request that the dog is not left unattended in the premises for prolonged durations, is to be kept off furniture and beds, and that you provide your own dog bedding while ensuring responsible waste cleanup outdoors

CLEANING FEE:
The cleaning fee encompasses standard turnover cleaning tasks, such as changing bedding and laundering linens, cleaning surfaces and floors, and managing snow removal, among others. Please be advised that additional cleaning charges may apply in cases of substantial untidiness, such as excessive dishware or the presence of pet hair on furniture and beds.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
