The main upper level—living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom—enjoys full southern exposure, filling the spaces with natural light and those sweeping 180° ocean and bay panoramas. Step out to the large rear deck for a private 7-person hot tub, patio table, and gas BBQ—perfect for sunset dinners, evening soaks under the stars, family BBQs, or relaxed outdoor time. (The deck and hot tub face the private rear yard for a serene, sheltered experience—no ocean views from this area.) Behind the deck is a rare private rear yard (one of only two in the entire subdivision)—great for quiet time, kids playing, or traveling with dogs.

No need to pack kitchen gear—it's all here for epic family meals or group cooking.
