It was a very amazing place kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. Really close to town and activities. Saw a bear walking in front of the cabin.

Great location and just an awesome house. Wish the view could have been better but overall it was great. Boys had fun playing air hockey and the arcade game. Hot tub was chill but after seeing a bear we didn’t get back in the hot tub. It was the perfect size for our family. What I really loved was the location. We were really close to all the things we wanted to go do so that made it well worth it.

Will stay here again!!

My family had the best time staying at Neon Moon cabin! The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! We enjoyed grilling out the back porch and having family meals around the large kitchen table. Great place to gather! We hope to come back soon!

Very clean cabin and wonderful proximity to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Air hockey pucks were missing upon arrival and though the company attempted to find some, we unfortunately didn’t receive them in time during our stay, which was a bummer for the kids. If planning to stay more than a weekend, plan to bring additional trash bags, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Great stay

Great, relaxing long weekend. The pool, hot tub and game room helped keep the grandkids occupied. No reason to be constantly on the go.The bears added some more entertainment.

I booked this place because of the location close to downtown Gatlinburg and the private pool, to celebrate my 40th birthday. It looks just like the pictures. Everyone enjoyed the place. We mostly enjoyed the bear sightings. The kitchen is big, and easy to cook in. The showers were fantastic with it’s high water pressure. Also the fact this place has 4 separate showers. That’s helpful when you have a large group. I do give this place 5 stars. The only small inconvenience was the check-in. We had to wait 20 minutes because the clean up crew wasn’t finished in time. It was a little bit frustrating when we had traveled such a long way. Overall we had a great time. Would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place to spend a weekend with family. Pool and hot tub are great. Clean cabin. Staff very courteous and checked on us to make sure things were as they should be. Would recommend and would definitelystay again. Only downside was the limited parking, but we made it work.

FAMILY VACATION 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first cabin rental vacation for our family and based on our time there it won’t be the last. The cabin was stocked with every amenity one would need to have a wonderful time. The grandkids loved the pool so much that they weren’t ready to leave when it was time to go. I taught my grandkids how to play air hockey and they became good at it. The bedroom suites w/showers were beautiful & comfortable. The management was nice & accommodating. Thank you Wayne for being so available to us & telling us the backstory about the bears which we loved to see roaming about the area.

Three families stayed with a total of four children. Awesome place to relax and unwind after spending our days exploring the area. Bedrooms were a very good size, and the multiple floors gave everyone a little bit of space. Clear communication throughout the entire process.

Overall the stay was great. We were set to check in at 4, we arrived at 3:55, cleaners were still inside until about 420 as awaited outside. Home was clean and organized for a great price. Only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the cameras on the property. Listing said camera at front door and back door. Doorbell camera…fine but there was a camera on the back corner of the house and front corner of the house. I understand security in a rental but they were pointed right at the common areas. Another camera was downstairs pointed at the hot tub. Very uneasy about that. Wife and I wanted privacy and we have young girls in bathing suits in the hot tub. I’m not being accusatory but it made me very uneasy so I covered it up. Otherwise it was great.
