A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, terraced townhouse. Set over 3 floors with modern décor, close to the picturesque port and blue flag beaches of Agia Anna and the stunning beaches of Plaka and Agios Prokopios. Only a 400m walk to the beach.
The layout of my house is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children, having sleeping areas with air conditioning, shower rooms and terraces on the upper and lower floors, and a shared living space with terrace and air conditioning in between.
The house has 3 very large terraces with 180 degree panoramic views along the South West coast of Naxos and is located in a very quiet no through road, on a small hill, overlooking the surrounding beaches.
On the middle level there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, dining & living areas, 2 large double sofa beds, air conditioning, 40in Curved Smart Satellite TV with Netflix, CD music player, high speed wireless internet (40Mbps) and a workspace/desk. This leads to a large balcony with spectacular views.
From the middle level, stairs lead down to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed, large double sofa bed, air conditioning & shower room. A store room with Siemens washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer. From the bedroom there are double doors leading onto a 25 m² balcony with sun beds, table & chairs & glorious views along the Naxos coastline.

Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights. Also we have outside security cameras (CCTV) which are switched off during your stay.
