On the lower level are two large luminous bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one has direct access to an inviting front shaded terrace with stairs leading up to the garden.

In the exterior, a charming wooden pergola makes it a perfect spot to chill out during the day or evening. This spacious outdoor area incorporates the comfort of deck chairs for tranquility and relaxation.

The Barbecue adjoining the outdoor dining and sitting area is ideal for entertaining on warm summer Naxos evenings.

Plaka is the longest beach on the island. It is a 4 kilometer stretch of golden white fine sand and clear crystal waters. It is a destination for beach and gastronomy lovers who returns every year.

The area offers all amenities and services and makes it an excellent resort. It is a culinary paradise as there are plenty of taverns and restaurants that offer Greek & International cuisine in a beautiful environment by the beach.

A car is not required but we suggest, you DO rent a car.

Any attempt to plan your Naxos holidays without including any vehicle rental is futile, if you really want to get to know the island. With Naxos being such a big and mountainous island, it is highly recommended, if not essential, to hire a car. Naxos has many exquisite villages and tourist attractions all around the island that is worth exploring!

We can arrange any vehicle for all budget on your behalf and bring it the port / airport or at the villa on your arrival with no extra cost.

The sooner you make the reservation for a car the better. Its more possible to get lower price you will get as the prices will increase a lot during high-peak season.

Have in mind that we are not the owners of the vehicles and we don't have a car rental office so we do always a research and co operate with trusted and reliable agencies on the island.

Whether you plan to rent a car on Naxos for your whole stay or for just a few days, it is important to realize that if you don't rent you will not be able to enjoy what the island has to offer in terms of sightseeing, beaches and villages exploration.


There is also public bus transportation just 250 meters / 800 ft from the villas heading Naxos main town and back. Local transportation is quite good on Naxos, however, it will take you ages to get around the entire island this way and, still, you won't be able to see it all.

• DO WE NEED TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY WITH YOU BEFORE BOOKING?

No. Choose the dates you would like (by clicking in the 'Check In' / 'Check Out' date boxes on our listing page) and then book free dates immediately using 'Instant Book'. Our free dates go very fast as we have near 95% occupancy, so this is the best way to get the dates you want.


• CAN WE HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK-OUT?

We always accommodate these if possible. We can only confirm when the guests either side of your stay give us their arrival and departure times, and its not back to back reservation. But we'll note your request, and always do our best to help you. If we can't, you can anyway leave your luggage and bags with us in advance of check-in or after check-out and we will keep the safe. Extra small charge for late check out applies divided your daily rate with 24 (hours) to calculate the amount for every extra hour you stay.


• IS THE VILLA IN A GOOD LOCATION NEAR RESTAURANTS, CAFES AND THE BEACH?

Yes, it's in one of Plaka best neighbourhoods, just 250 meters ( 3 minute walking ) from the beach in a quite road without noise and traffic. So we have a fantastic location – safe and peaceful, yet within easy reach of everything. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and activities also within walking distance. • IS THE VILLA CHILD FRIENDLY & SAFE?

Absolutely, yes. We have many guests who are families with children, and they love the stay with us. Kids room are Kids favorite! We provide also beach toys and more for our lovely child guests!

• IS THE VILLA CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED?

100% yes! We take cleanliness very seriously and are proud of our 5* cleanliness ratings so far. We try every year to maintain and upgrade things even to the newly villas.

• IS THE VILLA NON-SMOKING?

Yes, all of our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside. We have plenty of space and many balconies around.

• ARE MOSQUITOES A PROBLEM AT YOUR VILLA?

Our bedrooms and living room are sealed with mosquito fences so you won't get bitten. Mosquitos are active before and after sunset. This happens everywhere in Naxos but not every day. If its windy, they disappear.

• DO YOU PROVIDE THINGS LIKE SHAMPOO AND TOWELS?

Yes. Each bathroom comes with hair shampoo, body bath, soap, cotton wool, ear buds, shower cap, bath towels, hand towels and beach/pool towels. Also in one of the bathrooms you'll find a hair dryer.


• IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IN THE PROPERTIES?

Villa Dimitra have Heating, ventilation and air conditioning to all bedrooms and living room to make sure you've always the temperature you want to.
