Lakefront Townhome with boat slip and deck in a great location- sleeps 7

Get away to this beautiful Horseshoe Bay waterfront retreat located on the lake within easy walking distance to the Resort Hotel, and a beautiful lake view from every room. This 2-bedroom townhome also offers convenient access to restaurants, walking trails, and several marinas in the area, where you can rent boats or jet skis.

The main living area features an open family room, dining room, kitchen, and powder room, with walk-out access to a large deck and stairs to the lake. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the fireplace, between two banks of windows featuring a full view of the lake. The kitchen includes all the comforts of home, opens directly to the dining and family area, and includes a bar for easy serving. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient pantry area with washer/dryer.

Enjoy relaxing in the master bedroom with 2 new queen beds, TV, as well as an attached bathroom with shower, tub, and two vanities. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a twin-sized day bed, TV, and easy access to the second upstairs bathroom with tub and shower. Both have walkout access to the bedroom-level deck with amazing views of the area. And regardless of the floor you are on, you'll have internet access with plenty of channels.

Outdoor living includes three levels of private decks/patios for enjoyment of the lake, wildlife, and beautiful sunsets, plus use of a dock right front of your unit. Fish from the dock, or just sit and relax. No parties please, in respect of our neighbors.

For days when you don't want to be on the lake, Marble Falls offers a quaint downtown, shopping, dining, and recreation such as putt-putt golf. And you are approximately 45 minutes from Austin and from Hill Country delights such as Fredericksburg, LBJ homestead, Texas wineries, and caves, hiking, and swimming holes.

Location was excellent . It was next to children’s park and very close to hotel resort. The townhome was beautiful , clean, comfortable and peaceful. Balconies had awesome views of the lake. Highly recommend this place.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We had such a relaxing time here! The views were amazing, and you can walk out on the balcony and enjoy the lake. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the wine with the sweet welcome note. Would definitely visit again!

Great Location!

We loved this condo. Furnished extremely well and in a great location. Close to Horseshoe Bay marina, the Marriott, and right on the water. It was perfect for our trip and we plan to stay again.

Lovely Home

Our recent stay was wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and the location is perfect! The bed in the master was extremely comfortable! We will definitely plan another trip in the near future!

Great get away....

On the water, quiet evenings, space has everything you need, clean and easy to use. Sat out on the decks and dock and soaked up the sun!!!

Amazing location and a wonderful home on Lake LBJ

Truly amazing views and wonderful location to everything in Horseshoe Bay. We had a fantastic time for our family reunion and cannot wait to get back to enjoy the lake. Beautiful home and the owners were really great to work with. Thank you!

Stunning View! Relaxing stay for the family. Great area for boating and tubing.

This property was very enjoyable for my family and I. Amazing view. We enjoyed tubing, and boating. Karen and group accomadated all home essentials needed to enjoy and fill right at home. We had such an amazing time look forward to coming back and making new memories. Thank you.

Great location, right on the lake

We had a great mini lake trip here with our kids. The house was cozy with great views of the lake from every room. We rented a boat and they delivered and picked it up right from the dock outside which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed for a mini vacay with one young kid and 2 teenagers. We would definitely come back here again.

Great weekend, great location!

Loved this property and location--we had a great time! One thing to note--upstairs (bedrooms) will get pretty hot, so if you like it cold at night, make sure to bring a fan. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay again. Thanks for the wonderful weekend! :)

Hi Kelsey, So glad you enjoyed your stay and had a great time. In response to your note, after you left, we were cleaning and thought it was uncharacteristically hot upstairs so we called in the AC guy and discovered that the duct feeding the upstairs had come unattached. We have completely replaced the old ducting, so the cool air is flowing upstairs again. Karen

Great, relaxing place on the water

We thoroughly enjoyed our family weekend escape in Horseshoe Bay. Brought the boat for a long weekend and was able to keep it directly behind the unit for easy access. The unit is very well stocked for all your needs and the interior is nicely appointed. The owners were very helpful with information regarding the unit, town, and as well as the region. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

This property has everything we want...clean, modern, updated, in the absolute heart of Horseshoe Bay, overlooks a wonderful large lagoon which the kids stay in the entire time, great dining nearby, our own dock for the boat, and fair rates. Prefect place!

This was a perfect vacation for us. We had my daughter and two of her friends, and my husband and myself. The property was clean and ample, cozy and homey. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the patios a lot. We rented a ski boat for two of the days, and we loved that all we had to do was go get the boat, bring it to our dock, load up the coolers and the girls, and take off for the day. SO FUN. We fished and played in the water there at the condo. I feel like what you get for the money here is a really good value. I'd absolutely stay here again. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful time!

Last Minute Anniversary Stay

My husband and I enjoyed spending our Anniversary in this lovely rental. We had a slight issue with the house cooling down at first but the owners answered and were very helpful. Parking was a little trouble with neighbors having guests over and other people trying to get parked in their rentals. The place was exactly as it was listed. Location was near good food. My husband and I have since talked about making this rental our annual Anniversary rental.

Nice getaway

It was a nice little getaway. Our only problem was the AC was not staying on to cool the place. Kept turning off due to wiring issues. We just dealt with it as we didn’t want to be a burden, but did let the property owner know of the situation.

We found the perfect waterfront getaway

What a wonderful place. The townhouse was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. We had plenty of pillows and blankets, towels and most anything we needed in the kitchen. The location was ideal being only 5 miles from Marble Falls. We ate out one night and ordered pizza delivery the 2nd night. There are 3 levels of spacious decks/patios to soak up the amazing waterfront views! We were even visited by 2 Canadian Geese! The marina is within walking distance where you can rent watercraft or go on a sunset cruise. Horseshoe Bay Resort is also within walking distance for dining or walking their beautiful grounds. We had an amazing time and will surely be back.

Perfect Vacation

This is a beautiful town home in a wonderful waterfront location! Honestly, the pictures really don’t do this home justice. It’s larger than we expected based on the pictures and the layout is perfect for spending time together or spreading out. The teenagers liked to stay up late giggling and watching movies or sitting on the balcony looking at the water, and my husband and I were never disturbed upstairs in the master bedroom. Then in the early morning we could make breakfast etc. without disturbing the teens. Also, this home is beautifully decorated and everything was super comfortable! So, when it was just too hot to be outside everybody had a nice time inside too! Furthermore, the owners are very nice people. We all decided that this was our favorite Hill Country rental and we can’t wait to return.

Perfect getaway for parents and kids

We visited to celebrate my birthday and to enjoy a Spring Break vacation. Everything was wonderful and the Karen went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. It was very easy to access the property with the directions we were given. It was a quick walk to the resort to pick up pizza one evening and also a short walk to the marina yacht club next door to rent a kayak or paddle board. The kids didn’t want to leave , even when we offered to take them out to eat, because they had so much fun playing in the lake. We were able to park our boat in the slip out door which was so nice! We took a sunset cruise every evening and it was the highlight of our day! The kids loved swimming as the lake is shallow near the condo and found turtles and fed the ducks. They also enjoyed swimming with the big carp that lives under the dock. It was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend this property. It was beautiful, very nicely appointed with cookware and such a convinient location. We can’t wait to go back.

Great 4th at the Lake!

3 levels of awesomeness and amazing views! This condo has everything you need and more. The mid level deck was great for coffee in the morning and dinner in the evening if you want to eat outside. The beds are very comfortable and enough space for larger parties. All three bathrooms are well stock with some amenities but I’d bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There are full size hairdryers to use. Over all it was a great time! Stephen and Cheryl were fantastic hosts and we will definitely be back!

Great time even with A/C out

The A/C went out the first nite we were there, Carol who was the Manager stepped in and secured 2 Hotel rooms for us at the resort hotel which saved the weekend. She was great and it saved our family weekend...Thankyou Carol for all your help, you are the Best

We love lake life in Horseshoe Bay! We take great care of our property so that our guests will enjoy and have a wonderful time! We live in West Texas, but love our hill country home away from home. Our lakeplace is the best escape, and the resort is just beautiful all the way around. We have a sports oriented family and there is so much to enjoy at HSB- fun, sun, tennis,pickleball, boating, golf and water activities. Our fantastic location offers the best views of the lake and a peaceful, fun experience all the way around.

We love the Hill Country and all water activities- so Horseshoe Bay was the perfect choice for us when we started searching for a getaway for our family. We loved this one because it has a boat slip for our boat and a deck and small yard area, but also is so convenient to resort amenities. This is where we come to relax and enjoy each other.
