This large 1 bedroom rental is located in Provincetown's East End Gallery District. The ground floor unit is tucked just off Commercial Street and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The covered fron porch offers a shady place to relax and watch the people strolling Commercial Street. There are also sneak-peek views of the Bay. Inside you will find a large open-plan Living/Dinning Room and kitchen. The space is comfortably furnished with high ceilings and hardwood floors. The bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and views out to the rear garden. A full bath with tub and in-unit washer/dryer complete this immaculate rental. There is parking for 1 car, AC and beach access across the street. Dogs considered.

Absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here and it truly lived up to all of our expectations. It was clean, well furnished and convenient to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and spacious 1 bed in east end

Loved the location. The small AC unit was enough to keep the place cool. having a parking spot was very nice, and the gardening is so well done. thank you for hosting us.

Lovely and Roomy 1 Bedroom

Very nice apartment with a lovely front porch with small yard and a garden in back. For Ptown this apartment is very roomy. I have stayed in many rentals here and this place is much larger than average and especially for the price. The location is quiet but just a short stroll from the center of town and all that Ptown has to offer.

This is a fairly small one-bedroom condo but it's quite well organized. I was a bit unsure when I decided to rent it but it turns out to be nicer than the photos show. They need new photos!I moved in on the last day of the heat dome. The small air conditioner struggled a bit with the excessive heat. For the rest of my stay, opening doors and windows provided plenty of breezes to keep the condo comfortable day and night.I like having friends over for dinner while in Ptown and thought I'd only be able to invite a couple of friends, given the very small table. But that table turns out to be tricky. If you pull it out from the island, the entire top will rotate 90 degrees, and the top of the table opens up into a table that's twice the original size. It was more than large enough for a dinner for 6 people. I left it open most of the time that I was there because it was a good place to put my computer and various other stuff.The kitchen is pretty well-equipped, but they don't have a mixer - stand or hand. If you are a cook, you might want to bring a hand mixer with you. The location is great. Easy access to town but just far enough out to be quiet at night. If you're a fan of Ciro and Sal's restaurant (I am!), it is about 500' from the condo.The washer and dryer are apartment-sized units. I did wash some clothes after 5 days, and both worked fine. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. Recommended.

We just returned home from an amazing week at this lovely home. The host does not miss a Detail everything that you need. Is there ready for you. I will certainly return again in the future.Could not ask for a better location it was like being on the beach!

Provincetown Perfect

This is the place that we have been searching for in Provincetown: comfortable, clean, easy, beautiful (and good parking! )... right in the middle of it all. We felt like we knew the place when we walked in the door, even finding many of the kitchen utensils that we use at home. Everything needed is in walking distance along the beach or wandering down Commercial. We could have left the car parked except we love the wild ocean beaches on the National Seashore and walking out at the bay in Wellfleet. Daisy (the Pug), Elisabeth , and I hope to return. Thanks.

Tidy Provincetown Property

The apartment has everything we needed for our 5-day stay in Provincetown. The past reviews were accurate, the location is perfect and the Property Manager was responsive. What would be important to note is that bedroom does not have an air conditioning unit. (Although the ceiling fans were great.) During a real heatwave this could have been an issue. There was also a little noise from the upstairs apartment. (The outdoor stairway that leads to the upstairs unit adjoins one of the bedroom walls.) On a positive note, the kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor grill was in great shape. There is also a wonderful patio with a nice sitting area.

Lovely East End retreat

Overall, a terrific location and property- clean, well-appointed. Cozy front porch for people watching, lovely back garden for privacy. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property, and great location!

The condo is beautiful, has everything you might need, and the location could not be better. My husband and I, together with our chocolate lab 'Bonita', had a wonderful week while staying at this property. I would definitely come back, and highly recommend it.

Charming, comfortable, well located gem in Ptown

Our first ever visit to Ptown was really memorable and this place helped make it special. We were lucky to meet the owners Hugh and Steve on check in before they returned to Boston for the week. Before they left, they showed us around the place and asked if we needed anything extra. They gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and drink. They also provided detailed written instructions and contact details that were left inside the place. The one bedroom unit is a great space and has everything you need including fully equipped kitchen with a great fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The apartment also has a good living room with sofa bed, outside deck, and a handy washer and dryer. The deck looks out to a well-kept small, grassy green lawn and garden with many roses. The unit itself is a little offset from the main street which is just right as it’s close to the fun of Commercial Street, yet quiet, private and peaceful. Out the back is the availability of 1x car parking space as well as a private comfy seating area to enjoy the Ptown sun and relax in the back garden. A small, Jamaican owned grocery and bakery shop is located almost next door. It was great to top up on essentials or buy some tasty baked treats. Within 5-10 minutes walk you’ll see art galleries, coffee shops, restaurants and the centre of Ptown. Hugh and Steve were friendly hosts and easy going and have been locals for many years. We’re glad we had the opportunity to meet them and can say we’ve made new friends. When we have the chance to return to Ptown we’ll definitely be happy to return to their place. Thanks Hugh and Steven and thanks to William (Billy), the building contact, who helped with any questions we had during the booking.
