Open living, dining, kitchen, and sitting rooms provides plenty of entertaining space for all your guests! Kitchen is fully equipped and opens to the Living room with basic cable and Wi-Fi. 4 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bathroom (2 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Bedroom with 1 Double Bed, and 1 Bedroom with 1 twin bed). Full Bathroom is modern and all new with tub/shower combo with dual shower heads. Distant views of Lamoka and Waneta Lakes from the sitting area. Gas grill is available for your use.
13 Acre property for hiking or continue on to the State Forest Land that is attached.

Great cabin. Has all the basics. If you want fancy, this isn't the place. You want isolation, clean, comfortable... this is your place.

Cozy farmhouse for our group family visit.

Home was a perfect fit for our group of 8 adults. Our only complaint was it was not very clean but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful Cabin of Isolation

This cabin is not fancy, but it's perfect if you are looking for a place that is very isolated. It was very quiet and peaceful on the large wooded property; however, it was not too far away from everything. It is clean, with more than enough space for 6+ people. The front deck is great to sit on and enjoy a drink at night, and the location is so far in the woods that the view of the stars at night are AMAZING! Only negative is horrible cell phone reception, and slow internet speed, but if you are there looking for fast internet, you are there for the wrong reason.

Weekend Birthday Bummer

Looked forward to this stay as pictures showed a nice cabin setting, then I arrived. Message prior to stay said two house keys, only found one. Outside looked nothing like the picture, gutters falling off. Inside was musty, porch carpet ripped apart, beer cans left on porch, urine in the toilet, grass on couch, broken recliners.Dirty bathrooms, broken fixtures, used adult diapers found behind dresser. Absolutely disgusting! Left message for property manager and received no call back. Do not stay here! No property maintenance whatsoever.

Review from bachelorette weekend

Myself and 5 friends stayed at this property during a bachelorette weekend. It was a quiet rural location and close to 5 different wineries we were able to visit. The area was spacious and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great for Family Gathering

Thankful to have such a great place to gather with extended family. Lots of space inside and out, serene location! Close enough to Watkins Glen for activities and restaurants. Great fun playing games outside and campfires.

40th birthday with wine tour !

The house was perfect for our group of 11! We enjoyed the porch and yard for games with a lot of laughs ! I was worried about the driveway but with two entrances it worked perfect for the limo bus!

Friends and family get together

We had 10 members of our group staying here for a long weekend. 10 adults would have been tight but with 4 kids we were able to make use of couches and all adults got beds. The home is small but well laid out to accommodate a large group. Markers for the driveway with the address as in the summer both are quite hidden by the bushes. Several window AC units kept it comfortable in the 95+ degree weekend weather. We would consider it again for a similar event.

Everything was good except for one thing

4 stars because prior to the trip I asked if the grill's gas would be filled and was told I didn't have to worry, but when we got there the grill had no gas. The house itself was very nice and as listed.

Was very easy, owner answered questions promptly

Was nice, gas grill didn’t work , as promised, and extremely hard to find, no landmarks and gps didn’t agree with location… we had to ask a neighbor where it was, but the place was clean, and who we expected

Perfect out of town get away

We were a group of 3 couples who came up to the Watkins Glen area for a kid-free weekend. This house was great! Only a short drive to hiking at Watkins Glen & lots of wineries. The house was perfect to make meals for 6 & be able to stay out of the rain & play games on the covered porch. We loved it so much, we'd like to make this an annual trip!

Wonderful cabin

Location was great. It was close to both lakes we visited this weekend. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the dog hair in the refrigerator and the smell in the freezer from having the door closed when the freezer is turned off. Otherwise the cabin was great.

A great family getaway

My family and I rented this home foranlr day weekend, and we really enjoyed our stay. We were a total of 8 adults and 1 dog, and we had plenty of room without feeling cramped. There were tons of extra blankets, pillows, and towels which was nice. The house was clean overall, but we had to clean the fridge and toilets as soon as we arrived. The property was beautiful and was in a great location to go hiking and/or town.

Family vacation

The house and property were perfect for a fun family get together! We were mostly outside or on the porch. The porch was big and had games There was a fire pit and we had campfires in the evening. We went to Watkins glen to hike the gorge twice and went to the beach. House was cool and comfortable. We liked the privacy of being in the country. Would stay here again!!

Great location for hiking

The house has its own road..so not near any other houses The Sugar hill state forest is directly south of the property. There is a decent horse trail leading into the forest. The six nation trails in the forest are quite nice, with lean-tos and many small streams

Great Weekend Getaway

Spent a weekend here with some girl friends for my birthday, and this place was wonderful to stay at. The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was an easy drive to Seneca Lake and with the fall foliage, the view of the lake from the house was stunning. The property owner was easy to contact and responsive to any questions I had. On the description it is listed under amenities that there is a spa/whirlpool, but there was not one in the house (not sure if b/c of COVID), however, this did not impact the quality of our time spent there. Would 100% stay at this property again!

Very Clean and Comfortable

This house was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was clean, comfortable, roomy, and check-in was easy. The location is really out in the middle of nowhere, but I expected that. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive to my questions.

4th of July

We all enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean. The place was very comfortable. It was very hot and humid the day we arrived, and when we walked in, the whole place was nice and cool. Would love to stay again.

Great Weekend!

Pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious, clean, and accommodating for 11 girls. We came for a bachelorette party for 2 nights and had a great time! An easy drive to seneca lake. Stacey was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone!
