Brand new granite countertops in Kitchen and all three bathrooms, new stainless modern exhaust hood, new flooring in kitchen and foyer, some major tree work outside enhancing the views, new lighting in kitchen, dining room and living room, new paint throughout, new sliding glass doors in Living Room and Master Bedroom, new sidewalk on side of house, huge brand new gas grill and the end result is an amazing Slice of Seven!

A Slice of Seven offers an ideal Pinehurst location beside the Par 3, 4th hole on Pinehurst #3. Situated close-by to the Pinehurst clubhouse, located only 1 mile away. The house is a very spacious 5 bedroom home with a walk-out lower level. Tons of room with 3000+ SF, 3 Full Baths, Game Room featuring Pool Table, TV's with Roku/Cable TV via Spectrum App throughout, WIFI. Not to be missed is the 80' beautiful Trex Deck stretching across the entire rear of the home!

A Slice of Seven offers views of two different Donald Ross originals...holes #3 and #4 (= A Slice of Seven) of the wonderful Pinehurst #3 golf course. We believe our water/golf views to be as rare and beautiful as an Eagle on your scorecard!

Furniture, beds as well as all linens are what you would expect to find in a very nice hotel.

For those unfamiliar with the Pinehurst area, please understand that only courses #1-#5 play to/from the legendary Pinehurst Country Club. The beautiful #6-#8 are located in nearby residential areas.

Your agenda may vary, but our visits seem to proceed this way:

1. Breakfast on the back deck while watching the dayā€™s prep of Pinehurst #3's 4th Green or early bird golfers.
2. Golf.
3. After a round (or two), relax and watch golf from the deck!
4. Dinner at one of the areaā€™s best!
5. Billiards in the lower level

Itā€™s a tough itinerary; we hope youā€™re up to it. Donā€™t overdo it --you just may have to repeat this routine again tomorrow.

Cleaning is performed by a professional cleaning company. Also, all linens are cleaned off site for highest sanitation.

Located a short 1 min/1 mile away, our other Pinehurst home, the 5BR Three Green Retreat - we can offer large groups the convenience of one-stop shopping.

Your expectations will be exceeded at A Slice of Seven!

SPECIAL NOTE: The house has a security camera mounted near the front door. Primarily the camera is used when my house is vacant so I can monitor the security of my house. The coverage area is mainly looking down the sidewalk toward the driveway and also covers some parts of the front yard.

Great Property for golf trip

Great location and sized house. We celebrated a 50th birthday trip and played golf during the day. Was perfect size for 8-10 adults. Was also nice to rent the house for one night for a quick trip. We arrived from Raleigh and used the house to cook/celebrate the occasion.

Perfect House for our Family

This house is beautifully located and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is close to all the top golf courses and the outdoor space was awesome for evening meals. The owner was very easy to work with made every effort to meet our needs during the week. We will be coming back next year.

Great place

We enjoyed the 2 nights we were there. We had 8 male golfers, all about 50, and we had no issues. The house is as advertised, and we enjoyed it. To me, it was sort of a mix of an 'older' house that was being renovated room by room, some done, some not.

Beautiful place from a great host who was very responsive to questions and makes your stay easy. Location is perfect if you're headed to Pinehurst with a group for golf. Family Retreat

We stayed 4 nights in this property and throughly enjoyed all aspects of the home and neighborhood. We took advantage of the back deck to eat dinner and enjoy the beautiful setting. Many bedrooms and a great kitchen which is well equipped. We would come back again without hesitation.

Relaxing Trip

Great property for a family with a pet. Owner was very responsive and allowed for check in flexibility to accommodate a toddler nap schedule. We rented a golf cart which made exploring Pinehurst even more fun. Overall, clean, comfortable, and as described. Would recommend!

Our family enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room, we cooked most of our meals at the house, and location was great. Scott was always responsive and very helpful with our questions. I highly recommend this place and we'll be back. Thank you!

We live in CT and play golf regularly at a wonderful old (1917) Willie Park JR designed course. After making a few trips to Pinehurst for the annual 'guys golf' trip, the allure of the area was simply too strong. In the Spring of 2008, we made a family trip to the area. We initially purchased the Three Green Retreat (VRBO# 201996) in 2008 and added 'A Slice of Seven' to the stable.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

A Slice of Seven' is situated on a fantastic lot, very close to the Resort (1 mile), and literally on the Course #3's 4th Hole. Offering quite beautiful water/golf views is seldom found in Pinehurst.

Combined with the very spacious layout (3000+SF), it is an amazing property and most definitely worth the 'restoration' effort. The home was vacant for several years and required lots of new flooring, deck, paint, etc.

But now it is ready to be enjoyed by guests seeking a high-end experience in the heart of Pinehurst.
