Make yourself at home in this two-story loft condo with vaulted ceilings, newly remodeled for your comfort. Downstairs includes wood-floored living room, modern kitchen, cafe table and chairs.

Discover everything you need to move in including linens, dishes, glassware, cookware, and cooking utensils. Enjoy a brand new 40-inch smart TV, stereo with CD player, and WiFi. We even supplied tennis racquets and balls.

Lovely granite counters with fitted wood paneling and tile flooring in kitchen. Expansive counter space, refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal in sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot and plentiful cupboards.

Dressing room with built-in wood drawers and granite counters. Mirrored double closet doors with spacious shelves providing ample storage space. Bath has full shower and tub.

The bedroom is in the loft upstairs, where you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed, another mirrored double closet, desk, and skylight.

Central A/C and heat, all electric, private fenced patio. Reserved covered parking, well-lighted. Laundry room nearby. Lighted tennis court, large community pool and jacuzzi, beautifully landscaped grounds with hundreds of mature trees.

Located at Hayden and Thomas Roads in Scottsdale, just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, 5th Avenue, and Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, easy access to greenbelt, Scottsdale golf courses, and Arizona State University.

Dogs are not permitted on the property. Non-smoking environment. Not suitable for children. Stairs lead to the bedroom.

In order for us to comply, we simply request that you provide a scan of the drivers license for each individual. Please ensure it is legible. We'll quickly run the check then get back to you. Lack of host responsiveness regarding smell

Loft was clean and updated. Upon arrival, noted strong, rotting smell. Gave it 24 hours, ran water, shower, used appliances, burned candle and did not go away. Made me nauseous. Contacted the host stating I could not stand the smell. No response until I contacted them again 3 hours later. Said they would check property and get back to me in 24 hours. After waiting 27 hours and contacting them twice, got back to me and said they checked it and it was fine. Said the had contacted VRBO and discussed it. However, I called VRBO and there was no record of the host contacting them. In addition, VRBO agent tried to contact the host via phone and email with no response. I again texted the host to let them know I was on with VRBO and they were trying to contact them and no response. VRBO stated to wait 24 more hours and if no resolution, to contact VRBO back. I texted the host twice after 24 hours and received no response.

Just fine

This condo works just fine for a long-term stay. It was quiet and the location was perfect. The kitchen and bathroom were adequately stocked. The bed was comfy but could use upgrades in linens. I would certainly consider staying there again.

fair price, easy to commute from

I was in Scottsdale for baseball. a lot of the other families rented hotel rooms and got a lot less while paying a lot more. Most Uber rides were $20.00 +/- to get to where I needed to go. Some of the reviews of this property made a big deal out of the noise from the A/C unit. It was powerful and cools the place quickly and I found it to be more like white noise.

This place looked just like the pictures. It’s easy to get to off of the 101 and the neighborhood felt safe. We located some great eating places close to the apartment. We also shopped at the local Fry’s for coffee and creamer and even took advantage of the apartments laundry facilities. This place is perfect for two people who don’t need a lot of room.

Great little apartment in fabulous location

Really Lovely little apartment - very well equipped with all you need for a great stay. Pool area is good and clean. A little dusty inside but that’s Arizona. The air conditioning is effective although a little noisy at times. Within walking distance of a few good bars and restaurants and old town only five minute drive away. Well located for all the sights and highlights of Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Disappointed

Are stay at this property was very disappointing and was unhappy that VRBO doesn’t take vetting their properties better. The owner had a responsibility to disclose to renters that the facility was under construction. We would have rented elsewhere. The property had landscaping and renovations going on that kicked up dust constantly. It was difficult to keep anything clean and constantly felt like covered in dust. The windows in the unit were difficult to open and close properly. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud. The kitchen accommodations were not very good for real cooking. The bedroom space is not set up for 2 people. The bathroom is very small. All sitting places were awkward and uncomfortable. The pool area was disappointing with dust constantly blowing, dirty pool and no umbrellas, awnings or any shade. Overall we were very disappointed in this place.

Winter Getaway

I was very disappointed to find the entire property under construction with renovations being done to all the landscaping and sprinklers, laundry rooms, clubhouse, and swimming pool.. The pool heater did not work for the first two weeks. Dust was everywhere, the construction dumpsters were outside of our unit and it was impossible to keep anything clean. I wish that this would have been disclosed prior to booking. I would not have stayed here. The unit itself was very small and the bathroom ridiculously tiny and difficult to maneuver in as was the loft bedroom with an 16" space between the bed and wall. There were too many decorative items and no place to put your things. The location was great with easy access to various events and attractions. Overall it was very disappointing.

Very reasonably priced get away close to trails and restaurants

The location has access to tons of bike/walking trails and/or roads with bike lanes. We rented the bird scooters and were able to get down to the tourist area of Old Town Scottsdale. If you golf, you can walk to a 9 hole course across the street or the Irish pub O’sullivans across the street as well as an Ax throwing place and some shops like a dollar store, Dunkin’ Donuts. With it being suburban it is definitely not always the quietest of locations which is the only reason I gave 4 star vs 5 for location. A shade over the skylight in the bedroom would be much appreciated as well, but it was a very tidy and organized, modest space, which is perfect for a couple to get away. We wished the pool had been open (as signs showed that it should have reopened March 12) but it had not been cleaned for the season at all yet, so it was definitely not open. But would be a huge benefit to the property in the warmer months. The pool is definitely not the fault of the property owners, but should have been maintained by the Condo association/management. There are also tennis courts right there to use. Overall, a very convenient and fun place to stay.

Woodlands Condo review

Checking in and renting the condo was easy and overall very nice. We stayed for a week and we knew there was no washroom upstairs near the bedroom but the pictures don’t show how high the loft really is to get up and down. The skylight is located directly above the bed hence a wake up every morning. The overall inside needs a little updating but the price is right and for the most part the stay was very nice and we had very little problems.

Everything you need!!

This property is a fantastic place to stay! Very quite and I felt very safe. Convenient to a shopping center! Plus the property manager/owner is a fantastic individual to rent from! If you want a very clean and everything you need at your fingertips this would be the place you need to rent!!

The condo was very neat and clean. Location is excellent. Easy access to everything. Was disappointed with the amount of chairs in the pool area. I believe there may have been 5 chairs available. Whenever we went to the pool we had to sit on the hard ground, not good on the back.

Great location!

We loved this place and we were very happy with the location. A short Uber ride took us to Old Town where we enjoyed the live entertainment at the Rusty Spur and the Old Town Tavern. The food was great at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers and Loco Patron (every Tuesday, taco's are $2.00). Across the street from the condo, we liked R.T. O'Sullivan's Irish pub (live entertainment on Sunday's and Friday's). It overlooks a golf course and greenbelt where there is a walking/biking path (bike rentals are available). There is a 99 cent store and some restaurants there as well. The condo is very nice and the queen bed upstairs was so comfortable. The bathroom is on the main floor but that did not matter to us at all. The pool is not heated but there is a Jacuzzi. We felt very safe here and would definitely stay again. Loved the golfing too! The owner is super nice and quick to answer any questions you may have. Thanks Paul!
