Hi Nicole. The pull-out that is offered to guests and is functional is on the main level. The one downstairs is not advertised as a pull-out, just functions as a regular couch. We are checking out the water dispenser, just to be safe. The garage keypad died halfway through your stay, but just needed the batteries replaced, which we've taken care of. The hot tub seat will be recommended for replacement, so we appreciate you mentioning it. We stock the home for the 1.5x occupancy, so we would have stocked at least 12 full-size bath towels. I'm sorry that you find the cleaning fee high, we want to pay our cleaners a decent wage and it's very challenging work. We're upfront about fees to be fair.
