PATIO:
☀ Heated Pool (additional 40 USD per day)
If you'd like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know in advance. It takes 24 hours to heat the pool, and the heater must be kept on for the entire duration of your stay.

☀ BBQ - Free for guests use as long as it is left clean. If not, there will be a charge of USD 35 for cleaning. Propane gas is the responsibility of the guests. The tank can be exchanged for a full one at the 7-Eleven gas station, 2 minutes driving from the house. They charge USD 28.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets, Personal toiletries, and fresh towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
☀ Garbage collection takes place daily. Please ensure you place it inside the bench located right outside the main door for collection.

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in for additional fee of $75 or late check-out for additional fee of $75. Please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and new supply of items such as condiments, or coffee will be provided before check-in.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $180 per pet. No more than two pets are allowed.

Please treat the property with love and care!
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately!

POOL DISCLOSURE AND RESPONSABILITY FOR GUESTS:
Please be aware that the pool is for the use of guests at your own risk. By using the pool, you acknowledge that:

1.- Supervision is Required: Children must be supervised at all times. No lifeguard is on duty.
2.- Health Precautions: Ensure all guests are in good health before swimming.
3.- Safety Rules: No diving or rough play is allowed. Follow all safety guidelines.
4.- No glass cups, plates, and glasses, please only use plastic outside.
5.- Liability Waiver: The property owner is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur in or around the pool area.
