Hi , I am Angie
Thanks you for your reservation, I am looking forward to being a resource to you during your visit, the house sits on 1/4 acre lot with a huge backyard for furry friend to enjoy (dog friendly) there is a deck with seating for your morning coffee overlooking pikes peak. The backyard is dog friendly and fully fenced in.
You will check in through the back door, self check in .

You will have all house and including an outdoor gas grill. Garage include
Washing machine in the basement

Free WIFI included, the TV also includes free Netflix

House located in the center of Aurora, you will find food &shopping with in a few mins.(20 minutes to the Airport, 23 minutes to the downtown Denver, East to sneak out 225 to 1-25 and get everywhere)

This house is clean comfortable, and quiet, please let me know if I can assist in your visit in anyway, safe travels.

Angie was super responsive whenever qe had questions. The house was nice and cool when we got in, which, after driving in the 90 degree weather, was pleasant to come in to. The property is an easy 25 min drive downtown but has so many amenities nearby.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that this is our personal home in Aurora, so we don't have an onsite fitness center. As for the backyard, we recently planted a dozen new trees, and since they're still very young, the yard doesn't look its best just yet. We're taking good care of them and expect things to green up nicely over time. We appreciate your understanding!

I was very surprised and concerned when I had not received the access code prior to arriving at the property. I had contacted the host the day before I was to check in and told the information would be provided after the 2pm check in time and after the cleaners finished. I didn’t arrive at the property until after 6pm (after driving all day) and had not received the access code. The host finally contacted me and provided the access code. After accessing the home, several issues were found that should be addressed if this property is going to remain as rental. None of the beds had top sheets, the upstairs shower did not have a shower curtain liner, nearly every room needed light bulbs changed (overall the house is dark), the faucet in the upstairs bathtub needs to be replaced and not just rigged to work, and there was dust and debris on the floors. The host was very apologetic for the delay in providing the access code, which was appreciated, however I am very glad that we only needed the home for one night.

I sincerely apologize for the delay, That was entirely my oversight, and I am truly sorry for the stress this caused you. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, I would like to provide some context. the absence of a curtain liner is actually visible in the listing photos. I apologize if it felt too dim for your preference. The lighting fixtures are not broken; rather, we intentionally chose softer, warm bulbs to create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere for our guests to rest.As for the cleanliness, we do employ professional cleaners for every turnover. While I understand that a bit of dust can occasionally be missed, I will certainly share your feedback with our team to ensure they are more thorough in the future.

House was perfect for our needs. It is a very nice older house with a large yard for our dog (he loved it). Had most everything we needed and was very clean. The host was outstanding. She responded quickly to any questions/concerns. We had an issue with the oven not working properly and a new stove was installed the next day. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

The host was very good to work with and check in and out was smooth. No issues there.Property was not super clean when we arrived, didn't appear to have been swept and some places were cobb webby. Overall upkeep was a bit lacking, poorly painted walls, dark lighting, some stained carpet. Overall, did not give a fresh, clean, up to date feeling. It was adequate for what we needed but was hoping for better.

We hire professional cleaners to clean the house, and each cleaning takes about 4 hours. I am aware that there is a small water stain on the wall in one of the rooms. Since it's not very noticeable and doesn't affect the stay, we haven't found a suitable time to have a maintenance person come and take care of it. Thank you for mention I will keep that on mind. This is an affordable, budget-friendly four-bedroom home. If you're looking for very high-end standards, we may not be able to meet your expectations. Next time, you might want to look for a place with luxury renovations.

It served our purpose, but several things were disappointing. There were no wash cloths in the bathrooms. There were no top sheets on the beds. The bathtub stopper didn’t work, so it was only good for showers. The knives and knife rack were very sticky with grease, as was the front of the microwave. Controlling the temperature was extremely difficult. The lower level was like a freezer, and when I turned the temp up the lower level was bearable, but the main floor was too warm. We basically had to live out of our suitcases since there were no dressers of any kind to put clothes in. This is not real uncommon in VRBO properties, but is really inconvenient when you are staying for several days. The closet in the kitchen was very dirty, and the knob was falling off. The host was very easy to deal with, but really needs to consider better cleaning and maintenance. I’m a landlord and contractor, and it bothers me when owners fail to take care of the property they rent.

Excellent Host

Firstly, the host was absolutely amazing. I was hesitant about the check-in process as we were arriving quite late in the evening. She responded within a few minutes to explain the process and set my mind at ease. My family of six was more than comfortable in the home, the heat worked quickly and great. The living area was nice for socializing and watching movies. The kitchen was great for preparing breakfast for my family of six which was quite nice as that was another obstacle I was concerned with. I am very pleased with this home and can't wait for my family to stay here again!

This is an affordable and comfortable house. It was our first time in Colorado, and this property made our stay very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and our group of 7 had more than enough space.Check-in was easy, and Angie was super nice and helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and I really enjoyed the space. It’s also dog-friendly and has a big yard, which was a huge plus for us.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property!

Definitely a nice house. Perfect room for my family of 9. Host was great and responded quickly when I asked about a light bulb. So glad there were seasonings there for our use. Room in driveway for 2 vehicles to park. About 25 minutes from airport. Recommendations: Wash cloths for bathrooms. Dishcloth and dish towels for kitchen. Spatula for cooking bfast. Pan spray or oil for cooking.
