Wonderful cabin. Very relaxing. Great view!The cabin had a wonderful screened porch and living areas to relax. Large tables in the kitchen and screened porch. The screened porch had multiple sitting areas. Beds were very comfy. Bathrooms were very nice. Deer came by often.Will definitely be back!

This is an amazing vacation home! The natural scenic aesthetics here are simply breathtaking! The house itself is very accommodating for all types of families. Personally, my family’s favorite spot to hang out and play games was upstairs porch/deck. It’s screened in (which keeps the majority of the bugs away) & the view is so beautiful. The hospitality is unbelievable! The little bear rental management people I spoke to (Robynn & Joy) are both so helpful, kind, understanding and genuinely great people! However, the icing on the cake was the neighbors we met Turner and Georgia and there are two lovely boxer pups their younger pup, Scout came and greeted us on our first morning there she was super cute and loving, and quite the charmer! Their whole family was so kind and friendly. Their demeanor made us feel like we were part of the family visiting from out of town. This is a family vacation experience my family, and I will never forget. I would definitely come back and most definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone!

This place is fantastic. My husband and I can't say enough about this home. The view of the mountains is absolutely beautiful. The cleanliness, decor and well supplied kitchen were more than excellent. We originally booked for 5 nights. Liked it so much, we added 2 more nights.

The house is great. Would suggest putting numers at the right turn at the gazebo. We came in agtet dark and it was hard to find. Loved all the deer in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative comment we could make was to make sure the battery for the main floor recliners is charged. We were unable to recline.

We had a wonderful stay at Longview. The home is very cozy and has pretty much everything you need to enjoy your stay. Though a tv in the primary bedroom would be nice. The kitchen was well stocked which was great. The house was clean and the primary bed was super comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the screened in patio needed to be cleaned a bit better. There were dozens of dead bugs on the rails and ground that came up from underneath and a few live spiders my husband had to remove. Other than that it was wonderful sitting out on the porch and enjoying the peace and quiet and that beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Clean with everything you need. Views are beautiful. The drive up the mountain on the single road was the only negative as it is a little scary. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing views, screened in porch with mountain views for miles. Eye level with tree canopy like you were in the trees with the birds. So relaxing in the morning with soft rain failing. Saw deer daily and turkeys. Cleanest home we ever stayed at!

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
