We appreciate that you contacted us when the A/C, garbage disposal, and freezer issues arose, which allowed our team to respond and have those items addressed promptly. That said, we were especially disappointed to hear your concerns regarding the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. This is not the standard we expect for our properties. We took your feedback seriously and have since made improvements to several of the items you noted, including addressing areas of the home that needed additional cleaning and attention. We also reviewed your comments with our cleaning and maintenance teams to help ensure these concerns do not affect future guests.
