Enjoy this country setting & experience all Central Maine has to offer at this spacious Studio Rental. Brand new! Great for traveling professionals & or couples who are traveling enthusiastic. This short term rental has a king size bed, beautiful decor & oversized shower. Great for vacations or visiting friends & family in the beautiful state of Maine.

*No Pets & No parties/group events. * This is located next to the large main property, however, only one unit booked at one time for privacy**

Key code & stay details are provided 24 hrs. prior to your stay. We look forward to providing each of our guest with a positive experience & enjoyable stay.

Please inquire in regard to sleeping arrangements for additional 3-4 person prior to booking, pull out couch and/or a twin blow up beds available per request.

4 person’s max stay at property. Best suited for couples or small family. Onsite parking available. No additional guests permitted, without permission. Smoking outside only. Absolutely no smoking or vaping permitted inside the rental unit. Heater units & flammable items not permitted inside the studio apartment.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was a gorgeous, large studio with plenty of room.We were able to check out plenty of places within an hour drive. We would look to stay again in the future.

We were very pleased with our 2 week stay in West Gardiner. The studio is located on a lovely property, surrounded with pines; peaceful and serene.Check-in was easy. The kitchen was a nice size, everything we needed.Simple to use TV, comfortable seating. WiFi access was good. The owners are pleasant and so quick to help with answers or needs. We would stay again.

West Gardiner Retreat

Beautifully appointed studio apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to Gardiner, Manchester, Augusta, I-95. Great host. Would recommend.

Cute unit

Great place for a quick getaway. 15 minutes from Augusta. Unit was clean, comfortable and cozy. Property manager was very kind and easy to work with.

Great trip!

Had a wonderful stay!! Very close to everything we needed for the weekend near family. Would stay again. Only downfall was no shades on the 2 doors and the 2 very bright exit signs at night. We were able to cover the windows and manage, but just something to consider. Great location and very close to main house but was lucky no one else was there so was able to still feel private and intimate. Definitely would recommend and come back in future!

Wonderful getaway

This well maintained one bedroom is tucked away in a beautiful setting. Large windows give great views and natural light. We woke to some wild Turkey. When you open the front door you are greeted with a fresh clean smell. Nice spacious layout gave us room to have family over for a meal.Bathroom is large and provides extra towels and blankets.

Rental was clean. The heat was either cold or hot, prompting you to need to get out the space heater or open the windows. There is no regulating radient heat (which should be listed in the property description). The pictures and description lead you to believe this is out in the country with mo one around. You park right next to a garage and someones residence. It is so close it is uncomfortable. It was meticulously clean. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows.

Thank you so kind for staying with us! We agree the unit is located in a beautiful country setting with our secondary vacation home unattached. This larger property's rental is vacant when the smaller studio is occupied, which is shown in the photos & in the listing description. Mistake to book in May...heat set at 63 with lock box, we was frozen the first the days.

Thank you for staying with us! We are so sorry that you were cold on your first day! Please know we are always here to assist our guests when needed to help make each stay more comfortable! Due to the radiant heat in the floors we are not able to allow tents to adjust the room temp independently, as it can cause heating issues. We agree the spring & fall weather can be a bit finicky in Maine! Thus we always have available a brand new easy accessible air conditioner if our tenants are too hot or a beautiful electric large heater if our tenants are feeling too chilly, as we know each person has a different level of comfortable room temp to him/her. Of course we can always have a property manger stop in if needed to adjust temps if the season allows for an abnormal long cold or hot spell during these change of seasons & encourage our guest to reach out at anytime! We hope you enjoyed your visit to Maine & safe travels back to your home!

A charming country studio

This has honestly been one of the best stays we’ve had so far! This charming little studio has clearly had a lot of love and attention to detail poured into it. It was immaculately clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. The space smelled fantastic, and everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided—even the linens smelled amazing! The property’s setting was wonderful, and we loved watching the leaves fall outside the window. We even spotted a large flock of turkeys. Highly recommended!

Lively new property

A very nice property. It looks to be newly built. It has all the amenities provided for a lovely stay. The appliances large and small seem very new as well as the homekeeping supplies.A couple items that could be useful. There are two couches in the living area, however there aren't any chairs other than a rolling desk chair and 4 high metal stools at the kitchen counter. The bed is tall. My wife needed a stool to get onto the mattress as she's somewhat mobility challenged. I had to hop up as well. The bed was very comfortable as were the sheets and linens.There is a step up into the bathroom which has everything needed for your stay except bar soap for showering. There is a second step up into the shower as well. Water pressure and heat is great. The property is beautiful although GPS challenged. The host will provide an address which is recommended for accuracy. It is close to town and the amenities it has to offer. It's so close to I-295 & I-95. Internet was solid for the entire stay.Communication with our host Shauna was exemplary. She anticipated our needs for the stay and was very accommodating to our needs.Overall the rental is very comfortable providing a quiet & comfortable atmosphere and our stay was very pleasing. We recommend a stay here for a nice Maine vacation.
