**Unique Feature: TWO balconies (Gulf side and Northside). The 4th floor is the only floor with extended balconies front and back.

Guest Access:

The condo is located at Beach Club Resort. Entry is completely keyless- not check-in at a desk. On the day of arrival, codes are given. Parking is beyond the entrance gate. There are three high-speed elevators on property. The first floor of the property houses the heated indoor pool, fitness center and spa. Beyond that is the outdoor pool and beach access walkway. Guests have access to these amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Beach Club Resort & Spa is at the heart of Pensacola Beach. The property is a secured, gated facility. Codes are needed to enter the gate and building. You'll find family-friendly areas such as an outdoor pool & hot tub. There is also a heated indoor pool & hot tub. Make time to visit Aqua Spa and spend time in the complimentary sauna or steam room. Guest can also make use of the large fitness center.



All balconies are Gulf front with an expansive view of the beach. It's also within walking distance to most restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.
