Hi! I’m sorry to hear that you felt the unit was too small. As stated in the description, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our family has personally enjoyed the condo with two adults and four children. It has always worked well for us and that is what it’s meant to be, a unit that accommodates one family (small or a bit larger). It seems obvious that a two bedroom condo would not accommodate any more than four grown adults, the maximum headcount is meant to allow families with several children the opportunity to book. Furthermore, the pictures (taken at standard camera range) show exactly what the unit offers, I can’t imagine why you expected something different or larger than what you saw in the photos but I do apologize that you chose to rent a two bedroom condo and expected more space than that provides.

Hi! We have changed the two lightbulbs in question. We checked the dummy knobs and those are installed correctly. The tub has been filled and drains well. The sliding door is, in fact, heavy to open -that is an intentional safety feature, in addition to the gate with top latch on the balcony. If you are staying in our condo with a toddler, I assure you, he/she will not be opening the door to get to the pool. Our 8 year old opens and closes the door without assistance but our 4 year old cannot so it's working percectly by design :) The curtains are meant for privacy, not to block the beauty on the other side of them. We find the chairs/furniture quite comfortable and the reviews on Serena and Lily are stellar. It's impossible for our stairs to be rotten as they are synthetic wood (photo on listing). VRBO actually contacted me about the potential safety risk of the stairs and agreed that they are completely safe and closed the "investigation" within a couple of hours of receiving videos of the stairs and property. I think your entire review might be a result of my declining your repeated attempts to get a discounted rate (a request you made before booking and again after). We offered you a FULL refund up to the day of check-in even after you were so difficult to deal with. We were willing to give you all of your money back so you could go stay somewhere else (and there were plenty of accomodations available in April). You choose to stay in our condo after walking the property. You told me you had stayed in other condos at Beach Club and ours was nicer. Still we gave you the option to either check-in at noon, 4 hours early, or get a full refund. You decided to stay and then left a review that is dishonest and malicious. I do hope you find accommodations elsewhere that meet your needs in the future.
