Perfect for family vacations, ski trips, summer getaways, and remote work stays, this home blends comfort, design, and location for a true Grand County experience.

Step into a bright, open-concept living space where expansive windows frame breathtaking Rocky Mountain views year-round—bringing the beauty of Granby right into the home.

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a spacious island—perfect for cooking, gathering, or entertaining. A stocked coffee station includes both a drip coffee maker and Keurig, with complimentary K-cup coffee ready to start your mornings with ease.

The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the island—ideal for family meals, group dinners, or relaxed après-ski evenings.

Just off the entry, a built-in mudroom provides a convenient space for boots, jackets, and everyday gear. For ski and snowboard storage, a designated area is available in the garage—helping keep the home clean and organized after a day on the mountain.

Unwind in the main living room, complete with a gas fireplace, smart TV, and a built-in Sonos sound system seamlessly connected throughout the home—perfect for cozy nights in or laid-back mornings.

A nearby half bath adds convenience for guests on the main level.

Step out onto the elevated deck—one of the home’s standout features. Fire up the propane grill or gather around the fire pit while taking in sweeping mountain views and direct sightlines of Granby Ranch Resort—an unforgettable setting in every season.

The main-level primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with stunning views, a smart TV, and a dedicated remote work setup featuring an adjustable standing desk, ergonomic chair, Bluetooth keyboard, and mouse—ideal for work-from-home stays in the mountains. The spa-style ensuite includes double vanities and a walk-in shower for a relaxing, hotel-quality experience.

The laundry room (washer and dryer included) connects to a heated garage with ample space for skis, bikes, golf clubs, and all your outdoor gear. Parking is available for up to four vehicles—two in the garage and two in the driveway (please note: street parking is not permitted per HOA guidelines).

Downstairs, the lower level is designed for both fun and relaxation. A second living area features a smart TV and a retro arcade machine loaded with 3,000+ games, along with a selection of board games—perfect for family nights or group hangouts. The couch converts into a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Step out to the lower patio and relax in the private hot tub—spa towels are conveniently provided for your comfort.

The lower level features three thoughtfully designed guest bedrooms, each providing comfort, style, and relaxation:

1. Queen with Twin Trundle Room – Includes a smart TV.

2. Bunk Room – This room includes a twin-over-full bunk with a twin pull-out trundle, along with a pack ’n play and baby seat for little ones.

Bedrooms one and two are located just steps from a full bathroom for added convenience.

3. King Suite – Offers privacy and luxury with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath featuring both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Each bedroom is outfitted with premium linens, blackout shades, sound machines, wireless phone chargers, and extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and complimentary toiletries to create a comfortable, elevated stay.

To make your stay even more memorable, we partner with trusted local businesses throughout Grand County—offering private chef and catering services, floral arrangements, and curated experiences that bring the best of the Rockies directly to you.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Guests have full access to the entire home, excluding four owner-designated closets.

When booking this property, Mirá Stays requires a non-refundable $35 damage waiver (plus tax) to help protect both guests and property owners.

We partner with Boarding Pass, a trusted Airbnb-approved service, to provide important rental details and help streamline your stay.

This property is not equipped with air conditioning. Open up the windows and let the fresh mountain air flow through. Ceiling and box fans are located throughout the property to help create a pleasant breeze.

Parking is available for four (4) vehicles, two (2) inside the garage and two (2) in the driveway. No on-street parking allowed at any time. The HOA will fine and tow.

No boats or trailers are allowed.

ATV's, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.

Renter is responsible for any costs incurred.

Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that Chain and Traction Laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you are comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.


NEIGHBORHOOD HIGHLIGHTS:

Granby Ranch is a premier year-round destination for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts. 

In winter, it offers ski-in/ski-out access just steps from your door. With wide trails, Granby Ranch Ski Resort is ideal for beginners, providing a relaxed atmosphere compared to larger resorts. For more extensive skiing and snowboarding, Winter Park/Mary Jane is just 15 minutes away, easily reached by car or the hourly bus from Silvercreek that drops off directly at the lift.

As the seasons change, Granby Ranch transforms into a hub for summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and golfing. The 18-hole golf course, extensive trail network, and breathtaking mountain views make it an ideal setting for outdoor fun. Access is available with a $15 day pass (children 8 and under are free) at Ranch Hall, using a reservation confirmation with the address.

For those looking to explore beyond Granby Ranch, the Fraser-to-Granby Trail offers a scenic route through the valley, while Rocky Mountain National Park is just a 30-minute drive away, providing even more hiking, wildlife viewing, and outdoor experiences.

Granby Connect – Getting around town is easy with this convenient, on-demand ride service. Granby Connect offers affordable transportation to local favorites, including parks, restaurants, and shops.

Rides are just $2 per person (up to 12 passengers), with pickup and drop-off anywhere within Granby. Simply download the “Granby Connect” app to view service hours, request a ride, and explore the area with ease.

Great family spring break house

We had two families stay here over spring break. The house is exactly as advertised. With great amenities and well appointed. One of the best houses we have stayed out. Would 100% recommend.
