Last minute Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place surprised us. It was very clean, modern and bigger than we expected. The pictures do not even do it justice. We enjoyed the view on the balcony. Our family loves to market night on Thursday nights and we love to eat at Johnny Mananas where they have the best breakfast burritos and the best fish tacos. The only issue we had was that we went during a heat wave and there is no AC on the property but we survived and enjoyed ourselves anyway.

Positive experience except the ice maker didn’t work, nor did the tv in the main room, or the elevator. The elevator was put back in service but was out most of Saturday. Other elevators were available just not particularly close.

The elevators are maintained by the HOA, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the nearest one is unavailable, even with other elevators on property. Kitchen is newly remodeled and new appliances. Beach view is awesome from both decks but upper level deck view is the best! Place was clean.

Love the unit and complex overall. Really appreciated the easy check in and check out process and proactive engagement with the property management company. Can see how the unit might get hot in the summer but was perfect temps in December. We will be back!

Great property for our family of 6

We lucked into this property over Memorial Day 2022 and couldn’t have been more pleased. Right near the beach with walking access to tons of great food and local shops.
