Welcome to The Lady M, your home away from home! Enjoy being in the heart of Old St Augustine (Nights of Lights anyone?!), where you can explore the historic city and tourist attractions, enjoy nearby beaches and harbors, and experience different cuisines at a plethora of nearby (yes, walking distance) restaurants.

This historic home was built between 1905 and 1910 and still has many of the original features! Spanning over three floors and over 3000 square feet, The Lady M has been tastefully and respectfully updated to include modern amenities and creature comforts.

You'll find hardwood floors throughout the first two floors, a large open third floor for adults and kids alike, a newly renovated kitchen and baths, all new mattresses, quality linens and towels to ensure you're not sacrificing any conveniences of home when you're on vacation.

First Floor:
- Newly renovated spacious kitchen is bright and open to the family room and the back courtyard, and stocked with everything you'll need to cook a great meal or enjoy a nice cup of hot (or iced) coffee - includes a gas stove, designer appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, pantry, dishwasher, and washer/dryer closet
- Dining Room with a table for 6
- 2 private bedrooms (each with a King-size bed and ROKU TVs), closet and dressers
- Newly renovated spacious full bath (shower only), with access from the primary bedroom and the hallway, and with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, cotton swabs, makeup remover toilets, hair dryer
- Two Family Rooms, one with a more formal set up, and one off the kitchen where a large family can sit and watch TV, movies, or play games together. The sofa in the family room off the kitchen has a ROKU TV
- Two Porches with seating so you can enjoy the breeze, people watch, or read a good book. One looks out over Cordova Street and The Lightener Museum and one overlooks Palm Row

Second Floor:
- Room with two twin beds, closet and dresser/side table
- Newly renovated spacious full bath (shower only), with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, cotton swabs, makeup remover toilets, hair dryer
- Second floor suite which includes queen-size bed, separate family room with (queen size) pull out sofa, and patio off the bedroom and a patio off the family room

Third Floor:
The 3rd floor loft area is a great place for kids (or adults) to hang out and watch a movie or play games.

Attached 1 Bed/1 Ba Guest Suite (The Elizabeth Myrtle Residence):
For an additional charge, there is an attached 1 Bed/1 Ba residence that can also be rented (for an additional nightly rate), and is only available as an add on to the house. If you choose to rent the attached apartment, you can enter through the second floor queen bedroom, or keep that door completely closed and enter through the separate exterior entrance in the back of the house.

The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen and bath (shower only), with a spacious king-size bedroom, bright and airy family room overlooking the back courtyard, patio overlooking historic Palm Row, and a dedicated ground floor courtyard.

This Victorian gem is in the PERFECT location--- just steps away from dining and entertainment, yet private and quiet. The lighter museum is directly across the street and Flagler college is a stones throw away.
