We’re glad you found the property cute and spacious, and we appreciate the specific feedback — it helps us improve. We wish these items had been brought to our attention during your stay (via message or a quick call). We respond very quickly and are always ready to address issues right away — whether it’s a maintenance fix, extra cleaning, or supplying missing amenities. That way we can turn things around while guests are still enjoying their vacation. We’ve already prioritized repairs and updates based on your notes: adding railings on the lake steps, fixing outlets, deep cleaning (including kitchen lighting and bathrooms), defrosting/maintaining the freezer, refreshing the outdoor areas (lawn, deck staining, kayaks, grill), and verifying all listed amenities. The shower doors will also be adjusted. We want every guest to have a smooth, enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. The iron was in the laundry room downstairs? I had an iron and two blow dryers delivered with in 1 hr of you notifying me. Sorry that wasn’t fast enough for you. And you need to close the door all the way on the freezer like explained to you otherwise the ice builds up.
