Place to enjoy! Central location - Yet Peaceful!
Welcome to our refreshed cozy studio apartment, located on the ground floor of Building 3 at the lovely Coral Beach Resort!
The apartment boasts a wonderful central location right next to Coconut Alley and just a minute’s walk from Coral Beach’s inviting swimming pool and the miles-long stretch of powder-white sand beach with stunning turquoise waters,

Yet, despite its central location, it remains peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. As one of our guests perfectly described it: "The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor so it was very convenient for the beach, but far enough away not to hear the pool bar/restaurant music." It is also away from cars, the generator, and the sewage system, providing an even more relaxing experience.
This bright and comfortable space is ideal for 2 guests, featuring a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. However, it can also comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with an additional queen-size futon bed. (We recently stayed here as a family of four with our two young adult sons, and we had no issues enjoying the space together.)
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals.
Step out onto the private patio, furnished with a table and four chairs, where you can enjoy your morning coffee as sunlight dances through the beautiful palm trees.
The apartment also includes a functional bathroom and dressing area for your convenience.
For your comfort, the condo is air-conditioned, featuring a brand-new AC unit, ensuring a cool and refreshing atmosphere throughout your stay.
Stay connected with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Netflix, so you can relax and unwind after a day in the sun.
Enjoy delicious meals and refreshing drinks at the popular LaRoc Bar & Grill, or pick up any essentials you may need from the on-site shop.
For your peace of mind, the gated community provides 24-hour security, and on-site guest parking is available for a daily fee.
A washing machine and dryer are also available in the laundry room, which is not far away, for a fee.
The apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access for those with mobility issues.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and quick to respond to issues, although nothing major. We have been to Coral Beach 10 times. This unit is 1st floor with a patio along the garden walkway making it very convenient to go to the beach, pool, LaRoc restaurant, etc. This location is prime. It was very adequate for our needs and the price was great. Yes, it requires a little TLC, but we were happy to stay here and will definitely return. The staff are wonderful, the beach is beautiful, and the weather is amazing (even tho our first week was record chilly). Love our Coral Beach visits.

However, since it’s so far away and we can't always be there, we’ve decided to give others the chance to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Caribbean, Grand Bahama, and Coral Beach.

It's a gated community with limited access, reserved exclusively for resort guests, and offers 24-hour security. It’s peaceful, with friendly neighbours, and we could go on and on about the reasons why we love it... but we invite you to come and see for yourself!
