Inside, large west-facing picture windows frame the ocean in the open-concept living and dining area, where the high ceilings create a bright, airy atmosphere. You’ll love cozying up by the antique-style stove/fireplace on cooler evenings or settling into the large sofa to connect.

The kitchen, fully equipped with updated quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, is ready for anything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners, with a dining table that seats eight and additional barstool seating for casual hangouts.

With three bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. All beds in this home are outfitted with memory foam mattresses, a choice of pillows, and hotel-grade luxury linens.

The primary suite features a king bed, its own balcony, and uninterrupted ocean views—your own private sanctuary. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third has two twin-over-full bunk beds, perfect for kids or anyone needing flexible sleeping arrangements. There’s even a queen-size sleep sofa in the second living room, offering extra space for larger groups.

This property is located in Oswald West State Park in the Falcon Cove Marine Protected Area. You'll enjoy a great sense of privacy while remaining only a short drive from shopping, groceries, and dining options in Manzanita and Cannon Beach.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Noise disturbances will be reported.
- This is a three-story house with four flights of stairs required to reach the top level. Please note there is no elevator.
- Please be aware that Wi-Fi and cell phone coverage may be limited due to our geographical location. You may experience interruptions during your stay.
- No firewood is provided, and guests must supply their own. Wood from the front or back yard is prohibited.
- There is no air conditioning.

Parking Details:
- On-site parking is available for four cars.
- There is no parking available on the west side of the home.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
