JAW DROPPING VIEWS FROM EVERY ROOM BUT ONE.
READ THE REVIEWS!!

You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.


NEW TREX DECK INSTALLED MAY OF 2022.

CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER BOOKING/REQUEST FOR BOOKING. See below for rates.

3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).

Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.

Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1ā€“3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1ā€“3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

Cleaning Fee to be billed after booking:
2 nights 2 guests $120, otherwise $140.
3 nights $160.
4 nights $170.
5-6 nights $180.
7 nights $200.

This well equipped home is right on a little embankment with a wonderful view of the ocean.We were able to easily access and walk on the beach.Jim was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this clean, comfortable lodging for your Oregon vacation.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time we stayed! The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable. The weather was cool and wet, but we fully expected that this time of year and it didn't prevent us from going down to the beach every day or enjoying all the hiking and other activities around the area. Communicating with Jim, the host, was incredibly easy and timely. Highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay on Oregon's coast.

It takes only 3 words to describe this beautiful home- HEAVEN ON EARTH!! Absolute amazing and stunning views and beautiful accommodations. Jim was a fantastic host! 5th time coming to the Oregon coast and the Cove Cottage far surpasses and other VRBO listings by a mile! Absolutely perfect place for a family vacation to the coast. It was the cleanest vacation rental Iā€™ve ever stayed at. We were truly right on the beach and it felt so private, but it was super convenient to Cannon Beach and Manzanita. The hosts pretty much thought of everything in terms of what we would need ā€” tons of board games, a toy chest for kids (my 5yo was DELIGHTED) as well as beach chairs and towels. Kitchen as well stocked with supplies too. We will absolutely be back next year.

This property and its location are phenomenal. The views are hard to depict via words. We often felt like we were the only ones on the beach. Family friendly house, check-in instructions were detailed and spot on, making the stay seamless. Thank you Cove Beach, we are already dreaming of coming back.

We had an amazing time on this vacation. The house was well stocked. It was nice having the games and puzzles available. We enjoyed a lot of time outside taking walks along the beach, fishing and just sitting outside enjoying the beautiful view and listening to the ocean. Would definitely recommend!!

Truly the Oregon Coast

My mom, my aunt and myself stayed at this location to celebrate my momā€™s 70th birthday. It was tucked away between Hwy 101and the ocean. Small and quaint, with an amazing view of the ocean, both indoors and outside on the deck. There was plenty of room for the three of us. Perfect for a group like ours or a small family. The outdoor space is superb. We watched the tides come in and go out. One night we had an amazing sunset. Indoors, two of the rooms are connected, which we didnā€™t mind, but is worth noting. The kitchen is small but that eliminates too many cooks in the kitchen. Overall we would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive when neededā€”although we didnā€™t have any reason to reach out except to announce arrival and departure. Great location, highly recommend.

What a wonderful way to spend our 25th anniversary. The pictures really donā€™t capture the beauty and magic of this property. My husband said he wished he had recording me walking in when I saw our view. Spectacular! Practically a private beach, prime location, words just donā€™t do it justice!

NW Getaway

5-day stay at Arch Cape. Visit was in early May and the weather was rainy and cool most days but absolutely beautiful just the same. House overlooks the beach with beach access along a very short trail. Floor to ceiling windows provide a wonderful view. Easy drive access to Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Manzanita. A pair of Bald Eagles paid us a visit on two occasions. Will stay here again.

Oceanside Dream

There's not many listings I've stayed in that far exceeded what they posted, but this property nailed it. The view was beyond anything you could describe, the house was immaculate and very well maintained, everything you'd ever need for an extended stay is provided in the house. 50/10 for this one, couldn't recommend it more.
