You will relax with a panoramic view inside or outside on the deck or grass or on the beach. The view will be stunning! No other property in Cove Beach or Falcon Cove has a better view.
The beach is about 2 miles long. Cove Beach to the north and Falcon Cove to the south.
Beach access is at the beginning of the driveway.

CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER BOOKING/REQUEST FOR BOOKING. See below for rates.

3 Rooms, 1 1/2 bath.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
Porch lights out for night viewing of the stars. (Think Neighbors).

Drive time: Only 1 hour and 30 minutes from downtown Portland to the Cottage.

Cancellations before 60 days will be refunded 100%. Inside 60 days, but before 30 days before check-in, there is a $250 fee for 1–3-night stay, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more. Inside 30 days there is no refund unless I can rent it to someone else, then there is only the $250.00 Fee for 1–3-night stays, $500 Fee for 4 nights or more.

Cleaning Fee to be billed after booking:
2 nights 2 guests $120, otherwise $140.
3 nights $160.
4 nights $170.
5-6 nights $180.
7 nights $200.
7+ nights To Be Determined.
