The Space:

You're only steps away from Lake Loveland with beautiful views from the front patio. 50 feet away is Veterans park with a playground, basketball court (basketball provided) and tennis court. Downtown Loveland is less than a mile away and an easy bike ride (2 bicycles provided, use at your own risk). One of our favorite spots is “The Foundry”, which has a movie theatre, outdoor entertainment space with live music and restaurants.



The home has recently been completely remodeled top to bottom offering high end finishes throughout. West Elm Furniture, Pottery Barn Linens, All Clad Kitchen accessories + much more! Smart TVs in both the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.



Laundry Room has a full size washer and dryer (laundry soap is provided).

The kitchen comes complete with everything you could need including a Keruig, drip coffee, and tea.



We’ve recently added a front patio with an awning to enjoy the lake and mountain views! The backyard is the real gem of this home though! Relax next to the gas fire pit or soak in the 6 person hot tub which is cleaned after every guest checks out. In the shed you’ll find yard games, bicycles, and a spare propane tank for the fire pit or grill.
