Large comfortable living area great home you will love it. La Quinta Vacation Rental - Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom home in a fabulous area. Beautiful Mountains & Palm tree grove views.

Great location, walk to Trader Joe's & everything else.
This home has a extra large completely fenced yard, 1/4 acre, with a pool. It has beautiful mountain views and plenty of privacy.
The living area is an open plan with a comfortable, lovely artist decorated interior design. It has a wood burning fireplace. There are 3 TV's. Internet & wi Fi streaming included.

Beautiful contemporary kitchen, deep sink, tall faucet, quiet Bosch dishwasher and fabulous Electrolux gas stove top. So easy and fun to entertain. Washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom is HUGE and is separated from the other 2 oversized bedrooms by the living areas and hallway giving added privacy. This bedroom has high end Simmons Beauty Rest, queen mattress and Smart TV. There is a large walk-in closet. The master bath has beautiful glass slump sink with exotic wood vanity.

All Bedrooms are large & comfortable. The second bedroom, has two twin beds & a day bed. They both have great décor with fun artwork and high end 1 zillion thread count 100% cotton sheets. All Mattress are very comfy. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets, fluffy towels, Egyptian cotton oversized pool towels and Vast pillow selection.

The home has a pool. It is an 'Endless' style, swim against turbines, it is 19 x 8 and 5 feet deep. There’s a fun Ritz Hotel Style outdoor gas fire pit, as well as a manly Weber BBQ, witch is plumed to gas line.

We have lived in the valley for over 20 years and purchased this property for its amazing location, comfortable living space inside and out. We are happy to share our home with you. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Excellent location! Clean & comfortable! Fabulous view & backyard

We came to attend the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. This home is so close we walked each day to the Tournament. So close to fabulous restaurants, Trader Joe's etc. The home is very clean & comfortable. Wifi is excellent! Beds - comfortable. Karen was easy to communicate with and it all went extremely well. The backyard is beautiful, lovely singing birds, views outstanding. Wonderful kitchen to cook in.

Excellent choice with a great yard and views!

We booked this home with very short notice and Karen couldn't have been more helpful in making it happen. We loved the huge yard, kitchen, excellent beds and view from the front. Even though the pool was small, our 3 year old granddaughter loved swimming with us every day. Every major store (Trader Joe's, Vons, Costco, Marshalls, Staples, etc). was very close and there were many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Old Town La Quinta with it's restaurants, Farmer's Market and great hikes in the Cove was a short drive or bike ride away. Communication was excellent and we recommend Karen's home for a casual, comfortable and fun stay in La Quinta!

Disappointed

We checked in a day early and woke up to 61 degrees. It took 5 days before the heating was finally fixed. We also waited for a plumber to repair a toilet that was turned off. (Owner said she could fix it but days later called a plumber). The pool wasn't cleaned and so we waited for that to be done. We were unable to use the pool for four days. (Mind you this was not sand blown in from the desert as the owner insisted, but dirt and loose Debree). We also spent our time waiting for WIFY and internet to be turned on for television and computer use. Owner attempted multiple times to figure out "the problem", as she insisted, she had called and that it was turned on. Finally, she called a repair person. Still, we faced two repair people and 45 min on the phone while the problem was still being resolved after five days. We also spent our first week with the owner, definitely not in our plans. She was running in and out trying to fix the multitude of problems. She emptied her food from refrigerator, clothes from a closet and other belonging's. The interior looks clean from the web pics but not at all. We experienced roaches, dirt and grime throughout the entire house. Again, had to wait for an exterminator to spray the house. The interior was not properly cleaned even though owner insisted a cleaning person come in a day before our early arrival. I took pictures of dirty kitchen drawers, dirty refrigerator and over all dirt and dust. The place mats on the kitchen table were so grimy that I had to soak in soapy water. Dishes and utensils had old grime on them. The garage was extremely cluttered and very dirty. We opted to leave our car in the driveway so as not to track more filth into the house. This whole experience put a real damper on our month stay and we cut it short. The owner suggested that she would refund part of our 6700.00 payment for the "inconveniences" we were put through. To date we have not seen any refund. We checked in one day early and faced our first seven full days with repairs and disruption. We are VERY disappointed in VRBO for allowing such a disaster of a vacation rental to be advertised on their web site.

The home is lovely, it is comfortable, very clean, has oversize rooms and is 7 Star convenient. It is uniquely near everything yet in a lovely neighborhood, with an impressive Mountain View and a resort size fire pit to sit by and enjoy. It has a huge secluded, fenced, dog-friendly yard, with lovely outdoor living room style seating and dining area, plus a manly barbecue. The interior has contemporary décor mixed with a modern flair. It offers comfort and visual entertainment. Furthermore, it has expensive comfortable mattresses, literally, renters have wanted to purchase the same mattress they loved so much, high thread count sheets, and a pillow menu. Currently, We have one month renters who have stayed at our home seven times. When they checked in they thanked me for renting our beautiful house to them. They have never had a complaint, nor have any of my past reviewers/renters. Our reviews are consistent, the house is clean, lovely and our response is rapid/immediate. The renters requested to stay TWO DAYS EARLY * Thursday the 30th and New Year's Eve. I accommodated their needs. Because I was out of town, their early arrival prevented me from doing my 12 point checklist and fully preparing the home. I discussed this with her husband, and he agreed that it was ok for me to take care of a few things after their early arrival. I had the house professionally cleaned. There was internet access and streaming available throughout their entire stay. I arranged to have the pool serviced in a manner the renters agreed to and approved of. I was made aware of the thermostat/heater issue on Friday, January 7th, it was fixed that day at 4 pm. Everything was resolved promptly/rapidly. As can be seen from our outstanding 5 star review track record. Our renters consistently state we respond quickly and are very accommodating. I've never had this experience before. The renter was difficult to deal with. *There is a record of the heater working and being turned on Thursday evening the 30th and running through the nite being switched off at 9 AM.

We had a lovely stay while attending the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. There are several good restaurants (Fisherman’s Market, Rubio’s, Chula) and grocery stores within walking distance. We sat outside looking at the nighttime starry sky, and the small pool was perfect for cooling off after the tennis sun. The tennis garden is walkable, but due to the heat, we only did that in the morning. Lyft was very fast and easy, and got us up to Miles Ave in 5-7 minutes.The living area and master bedroom are spacious and comfortable with a big walk-in closet; streaming via Roku and secure wifi. It was only the two of us, but plenty of room for more. Karen gave us a tour on arrival, and it felt like being a guest in her home. We loved it and would stay again. Thanks Karen!

Karen was an excellent hostess, informative and accommodating. The house is ideally located for attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament, or anything else you want to do in the area.The yard was excellent, our little niece and nephew enjoyed the pool, there's a fire-pit and grill, but also many restaurants walking distance for dine in or carry out, as well as at least 3 grocery stores in the same vicinity.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay, Karen was awesome! Her communication and going above and beyond for everything we needed during our stay is top notch. The home was great and had a lot of space and suited our needs. The location was amazing! You have so many restaurants and shopping and grocery all nearby for any essentials during your stay. Would definitely look to stay here again

Great Location for California Escape

Loved our stay here! The backyard was the highlight with coffee on the patio every morning enjoying the quiet as the sun rose. and then usiing the fire p8it in the evening. One of the best stocked kitchens have ever seen. Karen was extremely helpful and her artistic touches were visible.

quite naborhood, great place 10 few 3 mi away access to every thing. Shopping all with in 2 mi. our saint canard loved his temp hame was able to meet new friends that walked. thank you Karen, was very welcoming, she made our stay her priority !! Thanks Rick .Kathy & Sarge

My Quarantine Oasis

This property is exactly as described. The location is the best and it had everything that we needed for a relaxing few days in the desert. The owner went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Even though the tennis tournament was canceled, there is great hiking close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a group of people!

Karen was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. We had a great time! Would have given 5 star, but the pool guy didn't come to clean until the end of our first full day (happened to be the hottest too). Pictures don't do it justice though! Great house, great owners!

Comfortable home, Perfect location, Beautiful mountain view

Karen was an amazing host and always available for questions. The house is conveniently located within walking or a short driving distance to many restaurants, stores, and shops. It also made for easy access to Coachella via shuttle stops. We were very comfortable and happy with all accommodations, and especially the mountain view. We would definitely choose to stay again on future trips!

Cute home for a weekend getaway

Karen was responsive and helpful throughout the entire experience. The home is perfect for about 8 people. Provides tons of towels and linen. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The home was nice and clean with a very comfy couch. Overall, a gem to stay for the weekend!

The home's location is in a safe and quiet area

The market and some restaurants are all within walking distance. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It is minutes away from the tennis garden. The washer dryer allows us to bring less in our luggage, great travelling with just a carry on. Very convenient, roomy and safe.

Great rental house with all the necessities and more, in the best location possible

Karen was an amazing host from the start! She was extremely accommodating when attempting to book the rental and very quick to respond whenever I had a question. Check-in was very easy and quick and the house was very well kept and put together. There was ample space in each bedroom and a large living room/dining room. The kitchen had all new appliances and everything worked perfectly. The backyard was huge and we took advantage of the grass area, pool, grill and seating area. The location was also as prime as it could be, close to the 10 freeway, right next to Hwy 111 and within walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely consider renting the property again and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking to stay in La Quinta!

The location of the property is central to all venues and provides easy walking access.

The home was comfortable and has all the creature comforts after a days foray in the Palm Springs community. Very quiet and safe, loved the 5 minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away.

Convenient & comfortable stay for Coachella

Karen was an amazing host and very easy to talk! She was fast in responding to all my text messages when I needed her. I also forgot my jacket at the house and she was nice enough to ship it back to me. The house itself was spacious and convenient to lots of restaurants. It was also an easy 12 minute drive to Coachella! The house has been renovated and looks great! Glad they had an extra room in the backyard, but it's a bit separated from the rest of the house and looked a bit older in comparison to the rest of the house. Nonetheless had an pleasant stay and all my friends loved it! Would definitely book again!

Family Holiday

This property is an excellent place for a family to get away. The property is exactly as described. It is clean, well maintained, well decorated and has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. The property has a gas BBQ connected to the house, endless pool, fire pit and outside bar. Plenty of seating inside and out. There is plenty of sleeping space as well. The property has a wonderful view of the local mountains and is situated near everything - such as restaurants, movie theaters, Target, Walmart, Trader Joe's, grocery stores and anything else you can think of within a couple of miles. The owners are spectacular and very easy to work with. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.

Very comfortable and charming property to rent - recommended!

We wanted a break and chose this house because the pictures looked great and we wanted the privacy of renting somewhere, rather than staying in a hotel. It lived up to all expectations. Beautifully appointed, clean, light, airy, very comfortable and relaxing. A quiet and peaceful location but just a few minutes walk from stores and restaurants. We were greeted by the owner on arrival and she was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this property.
