AIR FORCE location! This home is as close as you can get to the USAF Academy. You can come and go from the Academy during graduation week,parents weekend without the hassle of traffic on I25. This home is great for your family graduation week with main level very open and two main level bedrooms with king beds. Lower level has a second family room with TV area plus a ping pong area with 2 additional bedrooms and full bath with walk in shower.

Our rancher is tucked away in the quiet mature neighborhood of Gleneagle. The neighborhood golf course no longer exists but instead 100 acres of walking/biking trails is in its place. Across the street or around the corner you can access the trails. Grocery stores coffee shops, Bass Pro, Indoor Go Cart, Magnum Shooting Range and restaurants are all minutes away. Fox Run Park is just a hike up the hill which has great trails for cross country skiing or snowshoeing in winter and hiking trails,playgrounds,fields galore and ponds to enjoy in summer months. If you enjoy longer bike rides the Sante fe bike trailhead is close by just off Baptist road & also off Northgate near Air Force Academy gate.

The home has a very open floorplan with all the comforts of home. All new mattresses,linens and bed coverings. Recently remodeled all 3 bathrooms with higher vanities & toilets. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all the gadgets you may need during your stay. If you like to have a cookout there is a gas grill off deck on patio with all the tools you need to grill. Flat screen TVs in both family rooms & in master bedroom. We provide UTUBE TV streaming. We also have a wide selection of DVDs. Coffee stations in kitchen, office off master and in downstairs family room. Gas fireplaces on both levels in family rooms to take the chill off in colder months.

If you’d like to take a scenic ride & tour some cool western towns day trips to Cripple Creek, Victor (Gold mining towns) and Canon City with the Royal Gorge are just over an hour away.

Sorry but no pets and of course no smoking of any kind. This is a smoke free property. No large groups or parties. Family gathering for graduation and so forth but please ask permission. We respect our neighbors and community and don’t want cars parked up and down our street. We ask only 2 cars per stay and if you have a graduation celebration a max of 4 cars.

If you have rented from us before and would like to return but do not see your dates open on our calender feel free to reach out anyway. We do limited rentals but may make exceptions for valued guests!
