Do you want to feel as if you've actually escaped to the Rockies?! This 2700 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom vacation home has all the amenities, the feel of a mountain lodge, plus a fabulous location close to shopping/downtown and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Custom built in 2012 (one owner) the home is situated on the south side of Prospect Mountain. Every room in the home has fantastic views of some of the best hiking mountains in Colorado! Lots of pines and rock outcroppings surround you as well on this beautiful 1 1/2 acres.
Enjoy cool summer breezes or warm winter sunshine on the elevated deck while grilling your favorite dinner. If you find yourself tired after a day of outdoor activities you can wind down under the stars in the 6 person hot tub.
The main level includes the master suite with attached bathroom, a second bedroom with log bunk beds, laundry room with shower, powder room, kitchen, dining and great room. The fully equipped kitchen in this professionally decorated home is open to the great room/dining area and features granite countertops, custom cabinets and top of the line appliances. Everything you need to create the meal of your choice is at your fingertips! Cool evenings (yes, even in summer!) can be spent sitting by a crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace.
On the spacious and bright lower level, which is a walkout, you’ll find another living area with flat screen HD TV, game table and an assortment of games. Here you’ll also find another laundry room, bathroom and 2 more bedrooms. The primary suite upstairs and queen bedroom downstairs also have their own flat screen HD TVs.
This 4 bedroom vacation home sleeps a maximum of 8 people with the following configuration: upstairs king, twin bunks, lower level queen and a twin set.

Beautiful home with incredible views from the deck and hot tub! Just a few minutes drive from the park and downtown. Extremely well stocked kitchen and high quality interior design. Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended for a family vacation in the mountains!!

This property is so warm and welcoming. The hot tub is clean, hot, and works so good. After a day exploring the bubbles just melt everything away. The lil basket of towels provided are the bonus you didn't expect. The all wood, mostly handmade furniture is extraordinary. The swing and the hammock on property are just a couple of the places to enjoy that cup of coffee in the morning , or glass of wine in the evening. We came for Estes and RMNP, but we truly love Mary's Lake and this location was perfect for all 3.

It was a beautiful home that accommodated our family perfectly. It was clean and the hot tub was a favorite experience for the family as well. Definitely will want to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s home in Estes! The home was fully stocked with toiletries, cookware, towels…! The views were spectacular and we even had wildlife visit several days! The beds were comfortable, the accommodations were very nice and the location was close proximity to the parks and downtown! Highly recommend! Mary was always a text away with answers to any questions we had! We will definitely book with Mary again!

Amazing Time!

This was one of my families first VRBO experiences. It was absolutely wonderful. The house is pristine, the location is stellar and the whole process from start to the very last moment was seamless. Mary Ann was very communicative and even gave us a whole slew of recommendations. While we hadn’t been to Colorado before, I can’t imagine having found a better property for my wife and I and our two teens.

Beautiful Location

This cabin was perfect for two families with two young children, each. Our hosts were communicative and helpful from the time of our reservation and throughout our stay. The cabin was extremely well stocked with kitchen tools, seasonings, and serve ware. Everything was as described in the listing and we all had a great visit to Estes Park.

Wonderful family trip

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights with our 2 adult daughters and their partners. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet still spend time together. The decor was beautiful and really added to that feeling of being on vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed for some meals at home. Sitting in the hot tub at night or sitting on the deck early in the morning to enjoy the view was so special. Thank you for having us and we hope to be back someday!

Estes Park 2024 vacation

Mary Ann's property is always clean and fully stocked w all the necessary utensils, toiletries, etc. for a convenient stay. She is also always readily available and prompt in her responses to any questions or concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were lucky enough to see an early wildlife intrusion in downtown Estes. The only constructive criticism would be that the mattresses seem a little old.

A lovely mountain vacation

What a fabulous place this was for our family vacation! The home is beautifully decorated in true tasteful mountain fashion and everything we could have possibly needed was provided. I was there with my 3 grown sons, 1 daughter-in-law and a niece. There was ample room for everyone with plenty of space for online work when needed, games playing, large family meals and general relaxing. The deck is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous hot tub while viewing the night sky. The grill was perfect for our large group meals. My brother's family of 12 was staying nearby and we hosted them for dinner - there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Estes Park. Just perfect!

Beautiful View and Deer

WOW!! Best describes our stay. The view is outstanding and every day we saw rabbits, chipmunks and deer from the deck. I was fortunate to see a mama and her fawns on our 1st morning. The house is so comfortable and beautifully decorated and well stocked. It is not mentioned in the listing but the A/C is owner controlled and set at 75. Doesn’t affect my review as we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Estes Park CO Stay

The cabin was gorgeous and private. Guessing next closest house 100 yds above. VERY CLEAN and fully equipped with everything you need in kitchen for excellent stay. We all loved soaking in the hot tub after hiking at 8,000 plus in the Rockies. Would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND and stay there again!

We chose this particular location to build for its breathtaking views and proximity to the Park and downtown. Having spent most our vacation time since 1986 here in Estes Park we couldn't choose a more comfortable location. Lots of memories and traditions were built here along with tons of outdoor activities to please our large family

The elevation of this property gives a feeling of being 'away from it all'. This is a large lot with beautiful pines and rock outcropping which attracts all kinds of birds and wildlife. It borders BLM ground giving it an even more spacious setting.
