BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.

All amenities in AOK condition. Sunny and 85 every day. Traffic was better than usual. We had a great time.we had a great time.

1.Broken light switch (on lamp) in bedroom nightstand that is controlled by wall switch2.Drippy kitchen faucet3.Termite (?) damage on the wooden block in bedroom window (looks like was originally part of a portable A/C exhaust hookup?)4.Disgustingly crusty stove burners and coils pans. 5.Very slow kitchen drain even after running the garbage disposal6.Broken/crusty/sharp sliding door to lanai latch7.Multiple broken/nonfunctional jalousie window latches8.Missing window screens in bedroom9.Unbelievably dull kitchen knife set—totally useless for anything10.Awful, uncomfortable bar stools with no ability to use them space wise while sofa bed was open11.Immoveable heavy coffee table—a big problem when trying to open the sofa bed—had to move the sofa bed to the back wall12.Broken frame of one of the beach chairs—came very close to lacerating the back of my shoulder—VERY sharp13.Dirty, dirty, dirty—window frames, baseboards, electrical outlets, even dishes/glasses in the cupboards—lipstick on the glass rims, food crusted onto casserole dishes etc. Only one or two working accessible outlets other than in the bathroom.14.Terrible lighting in the bathroom—dim overhead, the fancy vanity mirror only lights the sides of the face, not the front, is effectively useless15. Gap between the tile of the bathroom floor and the vanity cupboards (tacky, crappy upgrade job!)16.More stuff that won't fit into this space. LOUD

location is excellent; the rental was abysmal/ we would give it a zero rating if possible rental was advertised as having a sofa bed; this assumes the renters would use the sofa bed. Upon arrival, we noted there was no sofa bed. We had to request MPP a sofa bed. The next day they brought the bed that had been sitting out in the trash the next day. their advertisement mentioned they are not responsible for the noise level outside of the unit. what was not mentioned is that the condominium was set up against three very loud restaurants and right above the smoking area for the KKN guests. we were unable to enjoy the lanai due to smokers. hard to describe the impact that a 30 night stay of listening to 1-3 trash trucks every night between 2-4 AM coming to pick up the trash for each restaurants. The noise level was difficult to navigate. The blinds in the living room did not close, another set of windows in the living room were from the 1970s and did not have a curtain or a shade on them. The toilet broke and we had to wait a day for a new seat. Toilet did not flush properly so we had to jiggle to handle every time we flushed. We needed to use a sock to close the bedroom door because the knob did not work. There were old blinds, lying around both inside & outside the unit, the bathroom had missing tile all in front of the sink on the floor. We need to request a bathmat so we didn’t slip in the shower, which was brought same day. THINK twice before renting. Would not return.

Highly recommended place to stay. Easy access to beach, room provided all the amenities a small group needs for either a short or extended stay. Door access provided went smoothly even though we arrived after 10PM. Can’t wait to stay here again, hopefully even longer next time.
