Your location was perfect for the beach, shopping, eating; layout was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, teens loved the pool table; your recommendations were excellent; very thorough instructions/expectations; plenty of parking; had an issue the first day we arrived with a sliding glass door lock and they were so prompt in taking care of the situation; would highly recommend this place that gave a story and memories for our family vacation 2025!

Family Vacay

My first time in Hilton head. We had a short vacation for me,, my sister, my three children, and their families there was plenty of room and the home was well furnished. There was lots to do. The beach was beautifu! Anice walk to restaurants and stores. The pool and backyard were lovely. Everyone was happy with the accommodations.

This was a perfect fit for our family of 10. The pool area was a favorite of the kids, and the adults loved biking and walking. The beach was lovely! Everything about this stay was wonderful!

House review

This house was very comfortable and had plenty of rooms for people to stay. The walk to the beach was very short and everyone enjoyed staying together. It also had plenty of blankets, pillows, and other utilities that a family would need for a nice and relaxing vacation.

Fantastic all around beach house

Iā€™ll keep this short and sweet. The backyard oasis is fabulous. The layout is perfect. 60 second walk to beach. Couple blocks to Coligny. I pick a different house every year and this one blew us away with its awesomeness. Donā€™t worry about it just choose this one. Oh and the other thing that made it so much better is that the main living area is on the main level.

Multi-Family Vacation

This property is amazing! Everything from past negative reviews has been fixed; it was very clean, the beds comfy and all decor is beachy and not outdated at all. The outside space really is an oasis and made this house the reason we chose it, and it did not disappoint! The ping pong table was a sweet surprise as it is not in any pictures. The very short walk to the beach was an awesome as well. The only complaint is that the fire pit is not available so guests should be informed of this. We bought fixings for smores and couldnā€™t use them. The listing needs to be updated and maybe remove the picture of the fire pit. Itā€™s listed in one place that guests cannot use it, but in another place itā€™s listed as an amenity. Besides that little thing, this beach house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for our families to come together!

Great location for beach lovers

The pool was nice. The kids loved it. Ages 3 to 10. When all 15 of us were in the pool it was a little small. The pool got cloudy on us a couple of times so I think it needs more attention when the heat index is over 100 and the pool is seeing a lot of use. Most of the mattresses have seen their better days. Could use some updating there. The bathrooms were very functional and that is always a plus. The short, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, was a huge plus! The water filter in the refrigerator needed replacing while we were there and it took a couple of days to order it and get it replaced. We had to buy some extra bottled water as a result. You might want to order some extra water filters so that they are on hand when needed. We had a couple of TV''s that we could not use in the bedrooms as there were apparent issues with Spectrum.

Perfect house

This house was perfect for our family. The 6 bedrooms and 6 baths gave our group plenty of space and privacy. We loved the outdoor space also, it was like having our own little park. Also the kids had a lot of fun with the pool table. The management company handled any problem quickly and efficiently. They were good communicators. I would rent from this company again.

Great Family Spring Break House

This property far exceeds most places we have stayed in the past! It was spacious, well appointed, and centrally located. Furniture was newly updated, both inside and out, and tastefully decorated. The description is spot-on, but doesn't tell the whole story. We expected less (really, pictures never seem to meet reality), but were wowed when we entered. It felt newly painted in tones that scream "beach house!" And the pool and spa just outside the glass doors of the great room seemed part of the room itself. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space and contemporary bathrooms. Highly functional, well designed, and upscale kitchen, but it needs a better stock of cookie sheets, 9 x 13 baking dishes, etc...for cooking. The management company was great and responded to the few needs we had. Also, you should note that the term "spa" suggests a heated hot tub, but is integrated with the pool. There is an uncharge for it and the pool to be heated. You will definitely want it heated in the spring or fall! It worked great for our family. We are already planning to return to this property next spring.

Will not stay here again. Paid too much money for this house.

To start I was never sent my door code to get into the house. I had to pull over on the way there trying to get someone on the phone to get the door code which took a while because you can't just call the office directly, you have to call a customer service line that sends messages to the office and they didn't always call me back. Once we got to the house, everything was fine until we got upstairs to the king en-suite to find the tub taped over with a note that we couldn't use it. The pool was full of leaves and the skimmer and skimmer pole that is provided does not fit together to skim the pool. We were told the pool company would come to give us a skimmer and vaccuum the pool and spa but that never happened. The hot tub does not get hot at all even in spa mode. The pool is warmer than the hot tub. The next night it rained and the ceiling started leaking water onto the dining room table splashing onto the floor and chairs (one of which has a broken leg). The couches are denim and are very worn. The coffee table had a broken leg which made the table fall on someone's toe. The refrigerator is small for a house that sleeps 21 people and doesn't even open enough for the drawers to be opened because its against the wall and opens half way. The tile in the upstairs king suite bathroom is cracked, the smoke detector downstairs between the 2 bedrooms that are downstairs kept going off in the middle of the night, only half the TV's even work, the internet is fast enough to stream anything, the sliding glass door in t he living room going put back is very hard to open because the door isn't being maintained, there were items from previous guests found which brings to question how well they are cleaning the house if they're missing items left behind such as a child shoe that was found. There is only one grill instead of 2 and it was so rusted we couldn't get it to cook anything all the way through because it wouldn't stay hot enough, and the back deck above the grill has loose boards that one of my kids almost put her foot through. In all, it was not worth the amount of money we had to pay for our stay and we will not be coming back.

It was as bad as it could be

Iā€™m 44 years old and have written one negative review in my life before today. I feel compelled to warn people about this property. The pictures are not current. Tons of things were broken, or broke while we were there. We constantly had roofers, electricians, pool people, handy men ect. fixing things. We were told untrue information about the hot tub when we called. It did not work. Honestly the location is fantastic, but the property could not be worse. Stains on the couches...bugs everywhere. We bought sheets to cover the couches and were still grossed out. The property management people were not truthful, then continually dodged our calls. There were countless other issues. To their credit, they refunded 2 nights out of our 10 nights. We did not feel that was fair. Stay away from this props and Five Star Management.

Golf Getaway

We had 12 old friends stay for a weekend of golf and reminiscing. The house was a perfect fit for us as the indoor and outdoor common ares easily accommodated all of us. The location was perfect for those who wanted to walk to Coligney Plaza for the nightlife or go to the beach for a run in the morning. We cooked all meals at the house and the set up of the kitchen and grill were perfect. I will be definitely be looking to rent this property again next year for our outing.

Nice location

Great location..very close to the beach and shops. Clean house..slightly outdated. Pool is very small. I wish instructions on how to use the hot tub and pool could have been provided. We only learned how to use both from the pool man that came to service the pool. Communication with rental company is very difficult as no one answers the phone. Roof leaked after it rained.

Weekend Getaway

The property is great for a large group. Plenty of sleeping space and is in a fantastic location. The property condition could use some work as we experienced leaky ceilings during rain. Overall, a great time and would recommend despite some needed tlc.
