Beautiful property. Hosts were very quick with communication and house was very well equipped, esp. kitchen supplies and cookware. Rooms were well sized. Backyard is as nice as the photos portray, good grill and pool area.

We had a wonderful week in East Hampton with our adult kids and friends over Labor Day. Kathi was great in her communication. We had a total of 7 people stay over a period of a week, and everyone loved the house and neighborhood. We enjoyed walking down in the morning to S&S Corner Store, sleeping in on lazy days. visiting the various beaches (including the bayside Clearwater), and short drives to Montauk and local restaurants. We’d recommend this place to our friends and family.

East Hampton Bliss!

I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment we contacted the owner (Kathi), everything was fantastic. The house was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do - the pool, the bay beach, and the town beach were all super close. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a getaway in the Hamptons!

Immaculate Family Friendly Home

The host (Kathi) was easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating, ensuring the comfort of our family throughout our stay. The house is immaculate and fully stocked with everything your family would need. The yard and pool is lovely especially with all the blooms and birds. Bay beach close by. Perfect place to stay for a family!

Paradise Found

We had a wonderful time at this property and enjoyed the pool, family dinners at the large table and a fun pasta making project during our one rainy day. The home is comfortable, welcoming and magical. Thank you Kathi and Tim for hosting us and for being so welcoming. It was a fabulous vacation in The Springs and Clearwater Beach is always special.

Lovely home

This was a great spot for our family vacation. Clean house with beachy decor, well stocked kitchen, amazing backyard with great pool. Lots of extras for family fun like bikes, outdoor ping pong, fire pit.

Loved this amazing and delightful home.

We loved this home, and enjoyed it so much. The house and yard are just stunning, and has everything for a perfect vacation. The backyard has a pool, hammock and lovely deck, and the owners have stocked the house with everything needed for a fun vacation. I walked to the private beach most days and found it so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool and bikes and location was great. Kathi was a great communicator and left a book that showed us everything we needed. Would definitely rent this again.

The best trip for our end of summer weekend

This property was outstanding. The place has everything you need to sit and relax by the pool or play the million games around the property. They really have everything. The house is well kept and immaculate. Owners are very attentive if you need something. We will be returning for sure in the future. The whole family had a great time. Thank you Kathi....

Peace and Quiet

What a wonderful property! Our small extended family enjoyed a week here in August. We were close enough to the beaches to spend a few days in the sand, but the beautiful backyard was, in our opinion, just as nice and so relaxing and private. We had a lovely week and would love to return some day. Highly recommend!

Great Pool and Yard

The house is well laid out with a large master bedroom with half bath to one side of kitchen and a large living room plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms to the other side. The back yard is beautiful and the pool that our grandkids "lived in" was perfect. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Yes we would stay here again

Tuscany in the Hamptons

We really enjoyed our stay! My husband and I took our infant daughter here in the summer and had some guests visit as well. The location is remote feeling but with access to fun restaurants and stores. The backyard is amazing! The landscaping and large pool cannot be beat. Kathi is super responsive and very accommodating. Would definitely return :)

The Perfect Summer Getaway

Kathi’s home is beautiful. Plenty of space, beautiful backyard, and amazing pool. My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our getaway. Fairly close to everything we wanted to do (shops, restaurants, etc). Seeing the deer in the front yard really made the trip for me :) I am hoping to stay again in the future.

Easter Getaway

Wonderful owners and so accommodating- the owners left the house with so much to do on the property. Bikes, beach chairs, games, fire pit beautifully done outdoor seating and eating area. Nothing left to the imagination for sleeping cooking and all else - wonderful time - we will be back !!

Lovely woodsy setting!

Stayed at Kathi’s house in mid March with my husband and two daughters aged 12 and 14. The house was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool wasn’t open yet and the flowers weren’t in bloom but the backyard had a ping pong table, a grill, a lovely eating area, and a fire pit that we really enjoyed. The location is convenient and pretty close to the ocean beaches. Kathi is incredibly responsive and was a wonderful host. Can’t wait to go back in the summer so that we can enjoy the pool.

Amazing Winter Wonderland

Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) had a fantastic week away in this lovey and comfortable home. The host replied to our questions quickly. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were soft. The backyard is amazing and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all! The owners supplied a fabulous book of recommendations the are spot on. The kitchen is very functional and we were able cook our meals easily. Would return in heartbeat in any season. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Great House

Quiet getaway

The rental process was smooth. Responsive host, accurate pictures of the property. The yard is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet. 15-20 minute drive to most things (shops/restaurants).

A week in the Springs

W'e had a wonderful time at the house. It was beautiful and comfortable. The backyard was a perfect relaxing oasis. We loved the pool and the fire pit. The neighborhood beach was close and quiet. Bring water shoes because it is rocky but great for swimming and just relaxing. Kathi was easy to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and completely. She left a detailed welcome binder with lots of great recommendations for food and activities. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful Tranquility

House was great, lots of space and there was everything you could possibly need in the house! The best pet was the amazing yard with wonderful pool and beautiful landscaping. Gas fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows! Kathi was great to work with and answered every question I had immediately. Wonderful stay, would recommend.

Absolutely perfect house!

Our family of four had a wonderful several weeks stay at this house, and we could not have been happier. As others have said, the sun-filled backyard is incredibly beautiful, filled with flowers, plants, and trees that truly make you feel like you’re in your own special hideaway. The hammock was comfortable and relaxing, the ping-pong table was used constantly and great fun, and the pool was the perfect temperature and gorgeous. We grilled most nights on the lovely large grill, and hung out by the fire pit and made s’mores. The lights around the yard at night were simply magical. Everything was immaculate upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The house is located on a lovely quiet street, close to many beaches including the private Clearwater Beach. We often went for a bike rides and runs to Gerard Point- a spectacular spot with panoramic water and skies, and very few people. Kathi could not have been nicer to communicate with, going out of her way to be helpful and kind, and her husband was similarly delightful. It is hard to imagine ever finding another house that would be this perfect- we are so sad to leave. We would stay here again without hesitation and hope to do so. Thank you for a most wonderful stay!
