Inside the apartment updated with nice art work. Place was cooled at all times and had great views. Washer and dryer was a bonus and close to beach and shopping.

picturesque views in a gorgeous and clean space.

Fernando and his team treated us to an incredible stay. The apartment is wonderful with excellent facilities and air conditioning. The staff at the building and on Fernando's team ensured our needs were always met. Location is also great, near beaches and amenities. Would highly recommend staying here

Breath taking views

Very nice nice condo with a massive terrace and fabulous views. The hosts vere were very responsive to our needs and very communacative. The location was walking distance to the local beaches and many good restaurants.

Family Getaway

Where to start!!!! Absolutely expectacular view. You have to see it to believe. The condo was super cozy and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Cartagena.

a beautiful place to rent

It was a beautiful big apartment for our large family. The host Fernando went over and beyond accommodating our every need. He was fantastic. Any time we had a question, no matter how small, he was right there to help us out. What a remarkable host! What a beautiful place to rent. Thank you!

Penthouses in cartagena

I took a large group of friends to cartegena and we rented 2 units in the same building. Fernando was super responsive. He connected us with a transportation company and a cook to come to the home. The penthouses were spacious and beautiful. Walking distance to shops, grocery, and restaurants. Easy for uber to find

Best Owner ever!!!

The trip started very poorly with amenities lacking and no hot water, but the owner responded quickly and got everything in order. Fernando was not only very responsive but clearly very concern to making our trip a happy and successful one. Fernando went above and beyond any previous owners I encountered. Highly recommended, the place have gorgeous views as described, will use again if we return to Cartagena.

My stay at this property

We stayed in the Penthouse it was very nice and accommodating for what we needed. We only had hot water in the kitchen after calling maintenance..out entire 5 day stay we had to take cold showers. Could not use the jets or water fall in the jacuzzi because the water was overflowing to the property below us per maintenance. Elevators in the building was horrible. Other then those issues was a nice stay and i would stay there again.

Thank you for your review and staying in our Penthouse. I wished that you would have informed us any concerns so that we could fix it right away. It is important to us that our Guests have a Great Experience in staying in our Penthouses. It is usually a quick fix for the hot water by doing a reset on the tankless water heater. During your stay we asked you several times if everything was ok and I did not get any responses. In regards to the water coming out unto the neighbors balcony I was told that your Guests were jumping from the top unto the Jacuzzi creating a large amount of water splashing. I was concerned when I heard this as this is a Jacuzzi and it is not designed for Guests to jump into it from the upper pad not to mention the safety aspect that someone could get hurt. Again I called and sent you a message and did not get a response. Looking forward in hosting you and your Guests again with with the opportunity of having better communication with you.

Exceeded expectations!

We cannot say enough good things about the apartment or our hosts. The apartment is spacious with fantastic views and is equipped with everything you would want. It was a very short walk to the beach. We were two families and a friend (8 total) and we all had plenty of space and privacy. Fernando was incredibly responsive and helpful and connected us with a service through which we ordered tours and a car service that were extremely professional. We had maid service every day which was also first class - she also shopped for us. One thing I would note is that the 5th bedroom is off the kitchen and does not have a window. We used it and it was fine, but it does not have the same level of luxury as the other rooms. Thank you, Fernando, for a wonderful stay!

Best all in one location

Location: If you want the beach and some good resturants and to meet many locals this is the place. Drugstore and convenience store across the street and around the corner a ATM. Also a barbecue spot where we ate very often. Property: The apartment was perfect. The air conditioning was working good through the apartment. Showers had hot water. 3 of the rooms were essentially masters with their own and suites. The smallest fourth bedroom was directly across the guest bathroom which made it convenient. Several balconies across the apartment. Washer and dryer made things extra convenient. There was a decent size hot tub in our apartment balcony. The only gripe was the elevators. They were always full but we found some work around. Just get in any elevator whether it's going up or down is the fastest way we figured it out. If you avoid check in and check out time you'll be just fine. Manager: Mr Fernando was an amazing host. He was very responsive and able to solve any problems we had. Any question we asked him he was able to answer. There was also a made. We got a few days. Honestly it's worth to get very day. She will make breakfast and clean up from any mess the night before. I highly recommend getting her every day. Overall when I go back this is the place I am staying. I'm also happy to answer your questions if you have any.

Fabulous Beach Resort Condo in Cartegena

The property is at the beach in Cartagena , just a short drive (a little over a mile), from the walled city. It is a perfect location, in a safe neighborhood. The property is spectacular, with great views of the beach and ocean on the 17th floor. It has a private jaccuzzi, and there is a great pool in the building. This was everything that we wanted and more than we expected in a vacation rental. The owner is very responsive, and assisted us throughout are stay. Anytime we had a question, Fernando was quick to respond and took care of us. The owner is a very gracious and accommodating host. We attended our son's wedding in Cartagena and had a great vacation after the wedding. I highly recommend this rental.

Best Penthouse in Cartagena

Fernando’s penthouse was beautiful. Our trip was extra special because of Nacira, she was the best cook and house cleaner we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Nice view

The key to this condo is the penthouse view, it was stellar! The owners were great and communicated very well, even when I forgot to return the kets(which I’m still confused why the lady doing the inspection didn’t ask for them. The two downsides were the loud party music going on from all sides until morning, that should have been part of the listing description. And there was very poor maintenance on the small bedroom bathroom where the toilet barely worked(with my help) and the shower knob for hot was broken off, which didn’t matter as there was no hot water anyway.

I wish you would have told us as this during your stay and it could have been looked after right away. I am inquiring on the noise as this is a first time for us. This stay was AWESOME!!!!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Out of all my visits to Cartagena this was by far amazing. The space, the views, and the hospitality exceeded expectations. Convenient to beach, restaurants, stores/supermarkets and easy ride to walled city. Fernando was responsive to anything I needed assistance with and each small issue (2) was handled very fast. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT VISIT!!!
