Your Poolside Paradise is located in the most sought-after area of Bocagrande, right by the beach and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The Old City is just 1.4 miles away, while the airport can be reached in only 10 minutes.

Morroscity is an upscale tourist building with 41 stories that aims to replicate the luxurious ambiance of a hotel. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a stunning open-air driveway adorned with lush tropical plants. The lobby is an exquisite space, characterized by its ample size, radiant ambiance, cleanliness, and tasteful decorations, all designed to make you feel extraordinary. THE CONDO:
Located on the 7th floor and directly over the Pool is "Poolside-Paradise". The moment you enter the condo, you are greeted by a sophisticated interior design, along with a stunning natural stone wall in the living room. As you step out onto the balcony and take in the breathtaking view, your eyes are captivated by one of the most magnificent sights you have ever seen. The ocean, beach, pool, and old city are all laid out before you, creating an unforgettable visual experience. You have officially arrived in Cartagena, and I extend a warm welcome to you!

THE BALCONY:
On the balcony, there is a table and four cozy chairs, ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee or observing your family members happily swimming in the pool while you unwind in this idyllic setting. Throughout the day, you can delight in observing the captivating beach activities, such as sailboats, paragliders, and jet skiers, joyfully enjoying themselves by the shore. When evening falls, the pool lights illuminate, providing an awe-inspiring sight of the serene water and the charming lights of the old city, making it a flawless conclusion to an amazing day. THE BEDROOM:
The bedroom in the apartment is equipped with a freshly installed king-size plush mattress and sumptuous bedding, along with a generous supply of extra pillows. To ensure your comfort, both ceiling fans and air conditioning are available. A standout feature of the bedroom is the custom natural stone wall, which enhances the apartment's overall decor. Additionally, there is a desk in the bedroom that provides Wi-Fi connectivity for your laptop. On the opposite side of the island countertop, you will find stylish wooden and leather stools for indoor dining. To add to your enjoyment, we have also included a new premium blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
