While each suite can be booked separately, you can now book all 4 together, making the entire property yours. The Space:
As the name suggests, you’ll be 1 block away from the popular Findlay Market, Ohio’s oldest and continuously operated public market with a host of vendors selling everything from meat and produce to plants, flowers, artisan goods, and everything in between. Washington Park, a 6-minute walk south of the home, is an urban oasis with a large event lawn showcasing movies, live music, festivals, and other events throughout the year. Also within short walking distance is a wide variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife – endless opportunity to get out and explore this vibrant area! Further from the home, plan a day trip to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, one of the best zoos in the country and just 2 ½ miles north of the home, or you can be in downtown Cincinnati in under 5 minutes where you’ll be met with your choice of art and cultural museums, historic landmarks, and the scenic Ohio River waterfront where you can spend all day taking leisurely strolls along the river trails.

A common area on the main floor offers a space for everyone to join together and swap stories about the day, whether engaging in an evening movie, an energetic game night, or having some cocktails before heading back out on the town. A full bathroom is also located here, complete with single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Each suite offers its own unique style, with bright and modern interiors expertly curated with contemporary furnishings and chic décor. Curl up on the beds or in cushy armchairs of suites 1-5 to catch up on a good book or stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV or gather together in the living room on the sofa seating within suite 6. • This home is equipped with five (5) external and internal Ring security cameras. The first is located in the parking lot and actively monitoring the parking lot and sidewalk of building. The second is located on the front door, actively monitoring the street and sidewalk. The third is located on the side entrance of building, actively monitoring the side entrance and walkway. The fourth is located on the stairs, actively monitoring the stairs for floors 2 and 3. The fifth is also located on the stairs, actively monitoring the stairs for floors 3 and 4.
