The window in the kitchen looks at the Intracoastal Waterway that's within walking distance! • Modern Touches: Recessed lighting, ceiling fans/lights with remotes, USB chargers in each bedroom and living room, and vinyl plank flooring—creating a clean, contemporary feel. • Comfort & Entertainment: the spacious open-concept living area has ample seating, puzzles and games, a flat screen TV with extended cable & HBO, plus HDMI ports for your streaming devices. • Guest Convenience: Enjoy free on-site parking (3 spaces), an outdoor shower to wash salt & sand, and a convenient storage closet just outside the front door for beach gear.
Our excellent location puts you close to everything you need for the perfect coastal getaway... • Immediate Access: Walking distance to two beach access points and a public fishing dock. • Natural Beauty (Under 2 miles): The powder-soft sands of The Point offer incredible wildlife viewing and sunset photo opportunities. • Local Favorites (Under 5 miles): Groceries, restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, two fishing piers, the splash pad, skateboard park, and craft fairs. • Recommended Nearest Dining: - Lonerider (1.4 mi): Casual spot with food, drinks, game nights, live music, and a large outdoor space. - Island Way Restaurant (2.4 mi): Located on the Ocean Crest Pier with great wine list and lovely ocean views. • Day Trip: Don't miss a visit to Historic Southport for quaint dining and shopping
Please note: Linens are included with your reservation: Queen bed sheets (3), bath towels (6), washcloths (6), hand towels (6), bath mats (2) and kitchen towels (2). Additionally, starter supplies are provided: toilet paper rolls (2), dish pods (2), laundry pods (2), paper towel roll (1), hand soap (2), dish soap (1), small trash bags (2), large trash bag (1).
Condo Rules: - Check-in: After 4pm - Checkout: at 10am, no later - Keyless check-in
- NO SMOKING allowed inside the unit or on the balcony(s)-This includes any form of electronic cigarettes or vaping. Failure to follow this rule results in a $500 remediation fee.
- Dog-Friendly, limit of 2 dogs, must be crated when left alone in condo. A $200 pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival at the condo. Failure to pay the pet fee when bringing a dog breaks house rules and forfeiture of reservation. All dogs must be up-to-date on shots, and on a flea & tick regiment. Bringing fleas or ticks into the condo results in a $200 remediation fee.
- NO PARTIES or EVENTS.
- Must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The guest who makes and pays for the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- Reservations consisting of longer stays are subject to an additional "weekly refresh" housecleaning of $80/visit. Ex: a guest staying for 1-month will have 3 weekly refresh visits for a total of $240 which is charged to the Vrbo reservation. How it works: The guest starts the laundry (bed sheets & towels) at least 1 hour prior to the cleaner's arrival, then the cleaner puts them in the dryer and makes the beds back up. The cleaner also wipes down the kitchen and bathrooms, plus vacuums and mop floors. Each visit takes about 1 hour.
- Propane Grill is located on the ground level next to the picnic table. Must provide your own small propane canister and grate cleaner to clean the grate before/after use.
- Golf carts are allowed on the premises, but NO CHARGING STATIONS OR OUTLETS FOR ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS, OR CARS, ONLY FUEL POWERED GOLF CARTS CAN BE USED. NO EV CHARGING ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO OUTLETS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT SHALL EVER BE USED TO CHARGE A VEHICLE. NO DROP/ EXTENSIONS CORDS ALLOWED. DOING ANY ITEM ABOVE WILL FORFEIT YOUR BOOKING.
- NEW ELEVATOR as of October 25, 2024
- You will be issued PARKING PASSES for 3 vehicles when parking within the property of the condo complex AT NO ADDITIONAL COST
- Ring camera doorbell at front door for security.

Family Vacay
Nice 3 bdrm 2 bath condo with enough room for 6 adults & 2 furbabies. Walk to beach is about 7 mins with a beach walk to help with beach buggies and other mobile items. This is on the quieter side of OKI with less traffic.

The condo was immaculate and everything labeled well. Location was close to the beach and had a nice porch to view the ocean.
